We thought we had a plumbing problem but it wasn't. We had a leak from the ceiling on the first floor. They came out They were very honest and said it was not a plumbing problem. The shower stall needed to be regrouted or replaced depending on how bad it was. The are professional.

We had a leaky toilet that caused a flood through the kitchen ceiling. I called VS based on the reviews on Angie's List. The plumber who arrived was friendly and very professional. It was determined that we needed a new toilet. He brought and installed the new one the next day. I am so pleased with their work and I absolutely recommend them.

Very well, Very professional. VS was recommended by our previous plumber who retired. He was pleased with their service and so are we. My daughter uses them also and she is pleased too. Very important to have a reliable plumber on hand.

It went well. He explained what he was doing, how to shut the water off once I was ready to turn off the outside water for winter, and checked another outside faucet . A good experience.

Vince and his crew, Jose and Nas, were truly fantastic to work with. If only all of my experiences with contractors could go this well! From start to finish everything was super buttoned up with these guys. Vince was very happy to answer all my questions and provide me with insight and ideas on the work we were doing and how it could fit in to our bigger renovation plans. He helped me sort out venting options for an oil to gas conversion we were working on, along with incorporating a replacement of all the supply side plumbing in our home that I was in the middle of. He had some great ideas and really goes out of his way to come up with the best plan for your needs. During all the work he was available on the phone before and after normal business hours so that we could sort it out. Jose who came out to do most of the work was very patient and you could tell he really put some thought and time in to our job to make it fit properly in the tight spaces in our home, and not just rush through it to get it done. The results were great and I was really impressed with how it turned out. It's great to work with a contractor that admires their work and is proud to show the homeowner after it is done. I know this may sound funny when thinking about plumbing that goes behind walls, but its almost more important because once it's done you don't want to have to rip that drywall out and look at it again! My wife and I also loved how tidy everything was at the end of the job, not a single thing left out after they were done. I hope to not have to call these guys again any time soon, only because I hope our plumbing woes are over for a while! But if I ever have a problem again they will be the first and only people I will call.

i called them because they had great ratings on Angies list. we discussed the faucet i was thinking of buying , which was an automatic kitchen faucet. he looked it up on the internet and told me he could do the job. i had to reschedule because Amazon shipped the wrong product and VS came the following day without making an issue of my reshceduling at the last minute,which i was happy about. Jose came on time and did the job. simply, without hassle and professionally. the faucet works great(so far) and i am very happy i used VS plumbing.

attempattempt to charge customers for work attempt Nas spent time investigating all the possibilities that might have caused the leak. He told us that the probable cause of the leak would be grouting that needed to be repaired. By taking the time to check, Nas saved us the cost of unnecessarily taking off the toilet and doing any other work in the shower because the leak did not reoccur frequently. His attitude was great and one could really see his concern for his customers and his making an attempt to charge customers for work that was really necessary. Highly recommend

The service guy was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He replaced the entire system within the tank. It now works perfectly. He also noticed the toilet wasn't secure...it wobbled a bit. So he fixed that and recaulked as well. Was a bit more expensive than I expected though. Talking to the guy on the phone I expected to pay raunchy $125. I'm not saying it wasn't a fair price, I just didn't expect it to be $200

My Bradford and White water heater died with 2 weeks left on the six year warranty. I reached out to VS Plumbing and Vince picked up the phone. I explained my situation to him and he said he would be able to replace the water heater under warranty, and I would be charged a $350 installation fee by him and a $75 replacement fee by the supplier for a new water heater. He wasn't able to see me that day, but promised to get to me the next day. Vince was running late, but called ahead of time to let us know that he would be 30 minutes late. We really appreciated this courtesy. Vince spent over four hours in our house installing the new water heater because he realized that the existing plumbing oriented the water heater in a way that was difficult to access. In order to rotate it 180 degrees, he had to install new gas and water lines. I really appreciated him taking the time to do this instead of just putting the new water heater in the existing spot and calling it a day. He told us that our existing carbon monoxide vent was not up to code, and apologized for the extra charge ($100). In total, we paid $350 for the installation, $75 supplier fee, and $100 for new ventilation. There were no surprise fees and no additional charges for re-orienting the water heater. In summary, we really appreciated Vince's professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to do the job right. We definitely feel like he took the time to do the job right, and recommend him highly.

VS Plumbing initially came out 2 days earlier and performed other minor plumbing repairs. They couldn't do the work for this job at that time, because the valves that control the water coming into the house were old, and they feared that they would either a) break while attempting to shut the water off, or b) they wouldn't be able to open the valves back up after performing the work. Because of this situation, they did not want to take responsibility to shut the valves off. In an effort to save us the expense of having to replace the valves, VS Plumbing suggested we try to shut the valves off ourselves, giving us detailed instructions how to do so. In the meantime, they arranged for the water department to come out 2 days later. That morning, we attempted to shut the valves off ourselves, but wound up breaking the valves. At least we had the opportunity to try. Because of VS Plumbing's insight, we did not have to wait for an appointment with the water department to shut the water off at the street. I appreciated that VS Plumbing didn't immediately jump to insisting that the valves had to be replaced. They worked with us, offered solid advice and guidance, gave us a fair price, and did the work in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them. They are now my plumber of choice!

Friendly and punctual service. I don't think I have ever met a more friendly service professional. Vince was organized and helpful - explained the work clearly, completed everything quickly to a very high standard. Also a really good listener, which I am discovering is really important as I start using more contractors for house projects. Will definitely be using this company again.

Jose' arrived 10 minutes early. He introduced himself and shook my hand before entering my house. He was polite and courteous and work quick and efficiently. I will definitely use them again. Everything I spoke to Vince about over the phone was accurate. I was so happy with their work that my mom said she will be using them too. Thank you!

Vince was a little late but the job he did was excellent. the job took slightly longer because the opening for the sink needed to be modified slightly. When putting in the faucet he realized it was a little off center (I did not notice) he corrected it. Both me and my husband were very satisfied with his work.

Jose was punctual and arrived at 8:30 AM. He was courteous and pleasant and carefully listened to all of the work that I wanted done. He then set about methodically addressing each problem and explained what needed to be done. He worked through the day and did not waste any time. He cleaned up after himself and at the end of the job everything was in its place and working with no leaks or problems. I highly recommend V.S. Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

I wasn't too happy, but what are you going to do. He was the only one I used. I didn't care for much. But they did come prompt and I was appreciative of that. But it seemed like an awful a lot of money for something that took a minute out. Not even fifteen, twenty minutes. I was going to give him the payment the day he came and he says well I've got to call the office, dadda dah. So I said never mind. He said I'll have them bill you. I said fine. I'm just paying the bill now. That short visit would take $136 and change with one man. Anyway I wasn't 100% happy with that, but I guess that's the going rate, I don't know. I just called him because I didn't think I even had a bill. Geez they never sent me a bill, and then I came across it. And I just gave him a call to find out of that bill was in line. I told him, after he said what he said to me, I said alright, I'll get your check out and that was it. But like I said it was kind of a shock to see that amount for a few minutes. But other than that as far as work is concerned he didn't do anything really, he only was here for a few minutes and it was nothing difficult to do, but I my husband is ill and he can' do it anymore, so you got to be thankful you know?

Vince, the owner, was outstanding. I called and in less than 30 minutes he was at my home to assess the job. He did not have the material on hand but since I was in a jam Vince was kind enough to go get the material and return to my home within an hour. Vince was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and his pricing was more than fair. He spent close to four hours working on the job and I could not be happier. I will no doubt use VS Plumbing in the future for any plumbing issues! VS Plumbing- keep up the good work.
