Went great! Mike was there in 15 minutes, thoroughly checked my main drain and informed me that there was no blockage giving me peace of mind.

He forgot one of the chores, but came back soon to do it.

Mike was very pleasent to deal with. My washing machine drain pipe was very clogged and he was able to clear it with no problems. I asked Mike a lot of questions regarding the pipe and he was very willing and patient to answer everything. Mike was very quickly responsive when I first called and left a message for his services. He was also prompt when he came to do the job.

the physical service and replacement went fine- he gave me a fee of $900 for labor- the heater was under warranty so there was no fee for parts only labor- he left the old heater in front of the house with no call to the town DEP for pickup. He left without giving us a receipt for the job. After 2 days of calling for the receipt he called me back and argued with me for asking for an itemized receipt and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and unnecesary to argue with a customer simply for asking for a receipt which you should give to them in the first place.

It went smoothly with Mike dealing with the water co. to turn off house water while he replaced my main valve, which had been leaking, and then having the water supply turned back on. Mike called back within minutes of my call, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job quickly and professionly. I feel his price was reasonable and this job was done on a holliday.

He was prompt, accurate, and honest. He quickly located the (three) leaks and advised me on which type of faucet to replace it with and why. I would use him again without hesitation.

Unhappy! I called to get information on price. I answered all his questions but he was rude on the phone and hung up on me. i will not be using this service.

He has done a lot of work for us. He's very courteous, efficient and honest. I like his credit availability and his fair quote.

It went perfect. He was determined to cause as least wall damage as he could, and he succeeded.. He was so knowledgable and efficient. We called him on Thursday night when I'm sure he thought his day was done and he came over right away. And stayed until he was sure his work was perfect, and it was. He is so friendly, so interesting to talk to, and down to earth and helpful. Had an answer for any question we asked about other parts of the house. We will be calling him again soon for some other work as well.

He was prompt, he came right away the day I called him. He was fast and efficient. He did a good job. He was clean and didn't leave a mess. He did good work. I have had other plumbers that come, they do the job, you pay them and then a couple of days later, the thing doesn't work again or there is a problem so the have to come back. He did a good job. He did it right the first time.

Mike responded very quickly and was very professioinal and pleasant to deal with. He was informative as to the nature of the problem and how to address it. He had to work around some less that obvious older-home plumbing design issues and did so skillfully. Considering the amount of work done and the crazy prices I've had to pay plumbers for much lesser amounts of work, Mike's price was excellent and quite reasonable. Would certainly consider using Mike's services again.

Called in the AM and was very responsive. We spoke about options and we agreed on plan of repair. Arrived by agreed time and was able to finish job in a few hours. Very clean and thorough. True professional. Pleasant experience.

I don't know 100% for sure yet how it is going to work out. I got them through Angie's List, and based on the recommendations I saw on Angie's List, I am expecting high quality work. The cost is going to be $1100.

It went great. He came promptly, did the job, cleaned up, charged a reasonable fee and left. He will be back to install a new instant hot water heater and sink faucet when we purchase them.

I called to set up an appointment at noon. The receptionist said she would contact a tech in the field, and that he would call me back. I was called within 2 minutes. He said he could be at my house in about an hour. I told him that would be fine. He arrived at about 12:30. I showed him the clogged line; we discussed what needed to be done. He noted that my sewer line is Orangeburg Pipe (paper and asphalt), and that it could break as a result of cleaning it out. I told him to go ahead and clean it. As he did, he recommended that I do some additional work on the Orangeburg Pipe. Noting the variety of tools in my basement, he suggested that I should do the work myself. He told me what fittings I would need to do so, repeating what fittings I would need, and where to get them later, so that I could write down the information. He left after the repair before 2:00. I was truly impressed with the speed of response, repair and suggestions made. At no time did he try to get me to spend more than necessary to repair my problem.

I would highly recommend using Mike's service for drains.

MIKE'S DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY ANSWERED THE CALL PROMPTLY AND GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE AN EASY JOB AT ALL, BUT THEY GOT EVERYTHING WORKING AGAIN.

I THOUGHT THEIR PRICING WAS FINE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT.
