Probably the best experience we have ever had with ANY contractor or sales company. Michael, the sales rep was extremely helpful and patient as we reviewed options and products for a new engineered hardwood floor. Measurements were taken on time and a complete quote of all materials and charges were fully reviewed. The delivery was completed about a week before the installation to allow the prodct to adjust to the home. The installer, Mariano and his brother arrived to begin the installation as scheduled. We can not say enough as to how pleased we were with the entire installation process which took 3 days. The workmanship was performed with craftmanship quality and their care and respect for our home was impeccable. Flooring and trim installation was beautiful while they kept the work area clean and neat during the entire process. Each day, they thoroughly cleaned the work area, set all tools aside, and removed debris. We look forward to our next project so we can have these two men back to perform the work.

The service was fine, we just didn’t go through with the order. They were pretty professional and the price was okay.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, AND THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THE CARPETING IS FINE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED IT PERFECTLY. IT'S NOT LOOSE, AND IT'S RIGHT TO THE WALL.

THEY WERE HELPFUL IN HELPING PICK OUT CARPETING AND DIFFERENT DESIGNS THAT THEY OFFERED. THEY WERE QUICK IN GETTING IT ORDERED AND GETTING IT DONE. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING NEAT WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY GOT IN AND OUT, AND IT WAS DONE.

IT WAS FINE. THEY DID THEIR JOB. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET. IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY TOOK AWAY THE OLD STUFF. YOU CAN'T SEE THE SEAMS AND THERE ARE NO CREASES IN THE CARPET.

IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AT THE STORE. THEY HAD A LOT OF SELECTION. THEY WERE JUST EASY TO WORK WITH, THEIR KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF. THE PRICES WERE FAIR. SOMETHING WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER, BUT SOME OF THE CUT OUT STUFF WAS HIGHER. THEY ARE PRETTY COMPETITIVE.

THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY'RE GOOD AT RESPONDING. WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE, EVERYBODY TRIED TO ASSIST ME. I WASN'T JUST WANDERING THROUGH THE STORE WITHOUT HELP. IF YOU COULDN'T FIND WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR, THEY'D ASSIST YOU IN GETTING IT.
