When it came down to pouring my floor they really messed up. And tried every cheap way to get around repouring. Massive dips. Floor didnt drain properly. Absolute nightmare. He stopped answering me. I had to hire another company. Went through arbitration and they deemed because he offered to fix it and i wouldnt let him its on me. His fix was to cover the cracks and fill in all the dips with epoxy. Upon removal the wire mesh was below the concrete. Top 2 courses of block fell over because there was no rebar in it. Beware of thiefs like him.

Great work, professional and friendly. I'm out of station but still Frank was updating in timely manner. Also he helped me to fix the fence but denied taking any extra money. I'm thankful for him. Thanks Frank!

Went well. I removed an above ground Pool and wanted to fill the space with something. I reached out to Frank. Very nice guy. Was very helpful. Did a professional job with the help of his son. I paid a deposit for the work, then more when was halfway done and the rest when completed. I’m happy with finished product.

I wasn't sure of what to do around my pool, whether I wanted pavers or bluestone. Frank was really helpful in explaining to me and showing me pictures of previous jobs he had worked on. Although the ultimate decision was one, it was really helpful to see pictures of before and afters. Frank was honest, reliable and always asked if I was happy with the work when he left for the day. I receive so many compliments on my backyard..Thank you Frank for a great job!!!

He showed up on time. He stayed on the job the whole time and was very hands on. He installed bluestone and stone veneer on my steps and did a paving stone walkway. My wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship and materials. We had plain concrete steps before.

It went very well. Frank contacted us within a day or two of our Angie's list purchase. Came over soon after. We told him what we wanted and he made suggestions. He was done in three days. He was very courteous and attentive. We would definitely hire him again. (As a matter of fact we have some additional work that will likely go to him). Before and after pictures posted.

It was a excelent job as he has done in the past, He is there on site when he says he will be, gives a good time line of how long it will be, never had a issue with materials or cost was spot on.

it was beautiful he did a beautiful job. Changed the look of the house by increasing curb appeal . Im glad we made the investment. He showed up on time very reliable. He does excellent and percise work. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping or masory work for your home.

Very well. he traveled all the way up to Orange County for me. He was recommended by a friend and was willing to come all the way up here, which was wonderful. He was timely, friendly. He had two workers with him, depending on the day and in the years since he's completed this project, we've only had to do minor maintenance to maintain .
