+ -1 moreEVERYTHING IS FINE. I HAVE NO ISSUES. IT IS USUALLY THE OWNER, AND HE IS FINE. I RATED THEM BASED ON THE RESULTS I HAVE GOTTEN FROM THE ALARM SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. THEY SUPPORT THE SYSTEM AND DEAL WITH ANY PROBLEMS.

+ -1 moreI'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SO I GUESS THAT'S REALLY WHEN YOU CAN RATE SOMEONE WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. IT'S HERE AND SOMETIMES WE SET IT OFF ACCIDENTALLY. SOMETIMES THEY'RE A LITTLE LATE COMING, AND WE HAD ANOTHER SERVICE IN OUR LAST HOUSE. THEY TOOK 30 SECONDS TO A MINUTE TO CALL BUT WITH THEM I HAVE TO STAND IN FRONT OF THE PHONE FOR A MINUTE AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL.
Description of Work: THE MONTHLY FEE COVERS THE ALARM AND THE MONITORING AROUND THE HOUSE. WE HAVE FIRE, POLICE, AND AMBULANCE ACCESS.
