We needed to replace an aging but working Lennox forced air heating Syste m. Kevin and his team from Atlas Air masters installed a Trane forced air heating System. The crew was courteous and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Spoke on Monday with John (or Jon) and supposed to get a phone call to set up for a meeting on Wednesday for an estimate. Never got a call so I called back on Thursday. A lady got the phone and said will call back, but no call. I get a call from the lady on Friday saying he'll be around the area but I said no thank you. I feel that he could have at least gave me a call to inform me that he won't be able to make it that day so I can arrange for other plans instead of waiting all day for him.

It went excellent. I would give them an A++++++. They cleaned up very well. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I paid!
