ANGEL LANDSCAPING INC

Angel failed to fix sprinkler head that his worker broke after running over it with stand up lawn mower. Angel's landscapers were on our property and driveway with lawn mower, weed wacker and blower. They were repeatedly told not to do this but continued and ran over 1 of 6 sprinkler heads cracking one of them. Worker was shown damaged. We called and spoke to Angel directly but he never returned our calls but instead blocked them. We left a message on office voicemail that either he fixes sprinkler head or we would have someone else repair and take him to Small Claims Court. Different workers came back and were very careful and did not come onto our property until recently when same problem workers came back and again were on our property with weed wacker and blowing debris toward our property. Would not recommend this company. Improper way to handle a business.

terrible experience. lied about almost everything. will cost me just as much to fix the problem the right way. they also never came back to finish. owner was extremely confrontational, condescending and arrogant

I hired them last year to do some work for me. I paid in full before the work started. Part of the project was to level and grass between the sidewalk and the curb. It is 2 hours work maximum and they have yet to complete it. I have been trying to have them put me on the schedule, chasing them for the last 4 months. They will not return my calls or text messages.

When I got no response to email I called again and finally reached him. He was crazy busy and that makes sense with such great reviews. But he said he'd respond to me via email to come talk and give me an estimate. I never heard back. Very disappointed as his reviews were great. If he cannot take potential new customers, there is no shame in that, but he should have told me instead of saying he would get back to me. He was very kind on the phone and professional on the phone..

Angel is a very pleasant fellow and easy to talk with. Overall, they did a decent job (although Angel was not always there when I was). I felt they cut the grass too short in the heat of summer, and they did a mediocre job of trimming around the flower bed in the lawn. I was initially told that they don't use a "weed wacker" to remove weeds, but I spent a lot of time pulling weeds myself. They were neat and pleasant, and I admit to not having conveyed my concerns to Angel - but it should have been his job to check on things. I think if they had more property and more feedback they might have done a better job. However, since it took only about 5 minutes, I expected more.
