Description of Work: A&J missed the first estimate appointment due to a scheduling error. I had to call to set up a second appointment. |The estimator came on time, spent significant time explaining things and promised a written estimate in a few days. The estimate never came. I called a week later and was told it was an oversight and I would have it within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Still no estimate. |I can't speak about their work, but they don't seem anxious to |do business with us.

Description of Work: Replaced original roofing. The job went very well and exactly as described by the salesman who was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Was impressed by his thoroughness and the fact that he immediately went up onto the roof and completely examined the entire roof at the start of the appraisal visit.

Description of Work: They checked a very rare but annoying leak into a bay window. They thoroughly checked the roof and rather than make something up to get a more expensive job, admitted that they found nothing. They checked the gutters and found that the nail holes were getting much larger with age. They recommended new gutter which they screw into. We needed new gutters anyway since they were sagging. The job was done quickly, on time, looked very good, and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: They killed one of my weeping norway spruce tree. I had a roof wash back in October and all the chemicals went down the spout and towards the bottom of the tree. I didn't notice that it was dead until after 2 months and actually hoped that it was only due to the bad winter. I called them about and was pretty good in accepting blame and told me that they would replace it which they did. But only after I physically went to the office that I got some traction on getting the tree replaced. The guy in charge of replacing the tree gave me promises that he didn't do and it was the office supervisor after I had gone into the office whi ended up helping. All said and done, I got my tree replaced but the experience wasn't pleasant.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters on home. Accidentally broke motion sensor light above garage while taking down gutter. Foreman initially tried to say it was caused by "ice" (in April?!), but did repair it two weeks later free of charge.

Description of Work: Replaced old roof and installed new. Very punctual, always on time from estimator to actual job. Cleaned up thouroughly, no nails, debris left behind as other companies have done in past |years. Job went very smoothly. Took three days to complete. Very happy!

Description of Work: The men came out and got the snow off of the roof. However, the gutter that was full of ice fell off while they were up there. I don’t believe it was anything they did. It was a very old gutter to begin with. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do.

Description of Work: I called A&J Reliable because I had some storm damage to my roof that was visibile. Wendell from the company came out to give me an estimate and was very courteous and punctual. He examined my roof, determined the problem to be VERY minor and fixed it for me free of charge. This is a company that values a relationship with their clients and I would definitely use them when the time comes for more work to be performed on my roof.

Description of Work: Replace my front gutters with gutter toppers to prevent leaves from clogging my gutters and replace fasia wood. They were prompt quick and cleaned up after the job. I have used them before and in the near future will use them again.
