The salesman was courteous and prompt; price was a little higher than other quotes, but I liked the product/schedule. The work was completed in one day. Once a steady rain began, water began to pour over the gutters in places. Therefore, I climbed on the roof and noticed collection of water in the gutters caused by poor pitching-the drains to the leaders were unobstructed. I also noticed that a couple of the shingles were now torn and patch-jobbed by the gutter installers. I called A&J four times before they came to inspect. When the inspector showed up, he was already providing excuses as to why the gutters weren't working properly before looking at the workmanship. After he got on the roof and reviewed the work, he had a crew come out the following week to re-pitch 3 of the gutters and repair the roof shingles they tore during installation. The crew left the work site clean, but without a word (e.g., "we're done").

They were very good; I like them a lot. They came in and gave me an estimate and told me about their eminence free gutters they don't collect debris. They replaced mine with the new ones they offer and did and excellent job. They are very responsible, responsive knowledgeable guys who I would recommend. The price could have been a bit lower but it was worth it if there maintenance is free.

This is a great gutter company that other Angie's List members ought to look into. They are dependable. They charge fair prices. They take care of their customers and they remember you too. I will use them again for any and all of my gutter problems or needs.

I only had an estimate. The estimate was $1800 more then we paid to fix the leak. It has been repaired now 2 months by a different contractor, and we have had no leak problems. We paid $400 for the repair.

They were very honest. They did what they said they would. The nice thing about this product is that you don't need new gutters and that the warranty/guarantee is transferable.

The initial experience was very positive when the estimator came. However, the repair was not completed when promised and two calls were necessary. After the second call, the repair was completed in timely and satisfactory manner.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DIDNT DO A SLOPPY JOB. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED EVERYTHING AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND POLITE. I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY HOUSE. THEY DID NICE WORK AND I COMPLETELY LIKED THEM. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD WORKERS.

I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. TO GET THEM TO FINISH I HAD TO THREATEN TO WITHHOLD THE MONEY. WHEN THEY FINISHED THEY WOULD GET PAID, AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHOW UP THEY WERE THERE. WHEN I WANTED THEM TO SHOW UP THEY WERE ALWAYS BUSY.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THEY WERE QUICK, HONEST AND DID THE JOB WELL. WHEN WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THEY ARE ANSWERED. EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED THEY WERE THERE FOR IT.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYBODY. IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO DO THE JOB. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM TO GET THEM TO FINISH IT. I DONT THINK THAT IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I THINK THEY ARE A WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THE PRODUCTS THEY PROVIDE ARE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK IS TOP NOTCH AND WORLD CLASS. THEY HAD ALL THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB CALLED FOR, PLUS ANY PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT COME UP. THE WINDOWS ARE EXCELLENT TRIPLE PANE MODELS. THEY GO VERY WELL WITH THE DECOR OF THE HOUSE.

THIS COMPANY DID A FABULOUS JOB ON THE ROOF. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE THEY CLEANED UP THEIR CLUTTER. I REALLY ENJOYED USING A & J RELIABLE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, THE SIDING LOOKS GREAT ON MY HOME. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESSES THEY MADE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING SIDING WORK DONE.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS, IN MY OLD HOUSE AND MY NEW ONE. THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THAT ONCE THE SNOW MELTED THEY WOULD BE HERE TO DO THE JOB AND THEY WERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST.

IT WAS A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR THE AMOUNT THAT THEY CHARGED.

THEIR CREW THAT THEY SEND OUT IS USUALLY TERRIBLE, AND THEY DID 500 DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE TO MY AIR CONDITIONING. THE MEN THAT THEY SEND OUT ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY HAD A GOOD PRODUCT THAT I WAS ALSO PLEASED WITH. THEY DID A QUICK AND EFFICIENT JOB. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE.
