The inspector originally told us we did not need gutters on the roof to our porch. The builder had never put gutters off of the roof on the front, so water would pour down onto the front porch roof. We hired A&J to put gutters there and leaders to lead down to the gutters on the porch so there was no more water pouring down anymore. They also put in gutter covers so leaves could not get into the gutters. The price was good. They fixed a leak we had in a different gutter we could never fix in the past. Since they sealed it, it never leaks anymore. We thought there was a leak at another time and they came out and looked at it at no charge. They checked it out and it was not their fault and their was no leak, but they helped pinpoint the problem so I could get it fixed. Overall, it was a good experience. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The roof on our 32 year old large contemporary home needed replacing. We received a competitive price from A&J Reliable, Inc based on detailed discussions with their very knowledgeable salesman Darren Tarallo. After we had decided on A&J Darren also supervised the installation which was somewhat complex due to several high ceiling areas of our home (insulation above the roof deck). An installation error due to a misunderstanding of their 6 men crew was quickly repaired at no charge to us. They left our home impeccably clean and removed all of the old roof. We are very happy with our new 30 year Timberline roof and recommend A&J without hesitation and with a special mention of Darren Tarallo?s superior customer service

Starting with the estimate, I had a good experience with them. Liked the fact that the estimator took the time to get on the roof, and then also came in the house to inspect the three places where there were leaks. The men who came to do the work were courteous and punctual..........and they knew how to clean up. It was amazing how nice the roof and the yard looked. For us they did the additional gutter work, so they came back the next day. Amazing that it just took two days.

Needed a roof leak repaired. Called them up twice, both times was promised someone would call me back. No one did so I went with another contractor. Figured if I have to work this hard to get someone to talk to me what would it be like if something happens after the repair and I would need them back so decided to move on.

From time they gave estimate, and got the go ahead, it was only two weeks for the gutters to be ready for installation. They only took 2 days to install, and they turned out beautiful!

The contractor who did the estimate and the workmen were reliable and available to do the work. The gutter pieces they put in were much stronger and thicker than pieces I had bought in the past at home depot and their machine ground out a seamless piece 50 feet long for the long section. When they left there were torrential rains over the next 2 to 3 days and I discovered a leak and a section that had not been slanted enough so that water did not fully drain out. I saw that they had pried the roofing up but then had cut off part that had been tucked over the original gutter. They put caulk around but wood was exposed between the new gutter and the roofing and rain apparently was getting in. I was not happy with this and when I called I was very pleased to find that A and J was very responsive. They came and looked at what had been done and listened to my complaints and agreed that, though the gutter put in was good, the roofing edge had not been dealt with well. I had gotten an estimate for another roofer to fix this roof edge but instead the men from A and J offered to do it for no charge to fix the problem. They sent their roofers who did an excellent job (!) fixing the edge of the roof and fixed the slant on the one section. I am now totally pleased with the job and very glad I chose them. I would recommend them to anyone after my experience and plan to use them in the future.

They were very satisfactory. They responded promptly, they showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves and their price was fair. I would use them again in future.

Wendell arrived on time. He climbed up on the ladder, reached into the gutter, and removed the mesh device my husband had put in there to prevent the gutter from getting clogged. He said that the device was causing our gutters to overflow, and all we had to do was to remove it! I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said, "Nothing! Don't worry about it!". He easily could have tried to convince me to buy some new product from him; I was so impressed with his honesty!

They did a very nice job on the replacements. They were very prompt and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great. Mark came a few times for different estimates (I was unsure about getting gutter covers at this time) and was always helpful and honest. When it came time to book the work, I literally left a voice mail at 11 PM and the workers were at my house late the next afternoon. I was stunned! They forgot to install one thing but came back the next day to install. Overall I was very happy with the work and the price.

Excellent. Everyone showed us as expected. Professional and respectful. From the first meeting where I was presented with bios on the principals; letters of recommendation; insurance policies; etc., I felt I was working with people who knew what they were doing and were also respectful.

The salesman was professional, supplying me with a wirtten estimate at the time of our initial meeting that he also reviewed in detail verbally. I had received estimates from 5 other gutter companies, and while a number of them would guarantee the labor and the material, A & J Reliable was the ONLY company that said they were 99 percent confident that replacing our 5 inch gutter with a 6 inch gutter and making sure that it is properly pitched would fix the overflow problem, and that if it did not, just call them and they would come back and fix it. The work was performed according to the original schedule, (one week after the estimate was provided), and the workers were careful and dilligent. And most importantly, we have not had any problems with the gutter overflowing since the new gutter was installed!

Gentleman who came to do the estimate was prompt and courteous. He was clear about what needed to be done and the cost. While you'd always like things to cost less, I thought it was a fair estimate. Given their literature (references, insurance etc) and approach to the work, this is a highly reputable company.

Everybody was competent. The sales person was precise about what he was talking about. The workers on the roof were very polite, hardworking, and neat. They were a first rate organization and their prices were very competitive.

I really like dealing with them. They were very reliable. They came back after a bad windstorm to repair some other damage. We have had no trouble since then. This was one of my better experiences with workman, I would certainly use them again.

They claim now it is a RE-ROOF job and they RUINED my siding by putting nails in on side of my home as well as removing siding in front of house & put vinyl and nailed my siding to the vinyl which is now lifting up. They used a screwdriver to dent the rubber stopper under a steel front door and dented door on bottom. They pulled siding out in places around my home and pushed in and dented in other places. My new L Garage door has a new mark and a 2 1/2" scratch which they did. Spray painted my siding and trim with white and gray paint to age the siding. I reported this to their insurance company. Waiting to hear from them. I only put a $100.00 deposit down. They have not sent a bill for $2100.00. It must have been worth the $100.00 to teach the 2 other guys with John Shepitka how to ruin a home in just under 4 hours!

I am very pleased with A & J as they provide a reliable service and do just what their name says. They have low costs and are downright cheap considering the area I live in. I have had no problems at all with the work that they did.
