A & J Reliable Inc

Their service was great. They came right away and did a quick work. Their price was much better than the other person I had, and then couple of days later, they were here and did the work. I was happy. I didn't meet the actual workers as I was out, but they came and did what they had to do and left. They were clean.

My phone call to A&J was met with a friendly voice who was willing to listen to the problems I was trying to address. It was followed with an offer to be flexible in coming over to do an estimate at a time that was convenient for us. A&J Reliable came out yesterday to look over our concerns. Wendell was very helpful and was able to identify the repairs we needed. Since we felt A&J presented themselves as professional and fair (compared with experiences contacting other companies) we decided to work with them. They came today and worked quickly and efficiently to fix all of our roof and gutter issues. We plan to use them again in the future when the need arises, and we recommend that other homeowners use their services as well.

It went great. They came and bid out the job on the spot, then did the work a few business days later.They did all the work in less than a day, and cleaned up everything and were gone by the time I got home.

The sales consultant was knowledgeable and very professional. Examined the roof and took pictures. Explained what needed to be done to the roof. Provided us with Workers' Compensation Insurance Certificate and a detailed contractand other necessary information. When we were ready to proceed with the job we signed the contract and faxed it to A and J. In a few days they contacted us to do the work. The roof looks great!

It was a pleasure dealing with A&J. They are very personable and did the work as expected and according to the amount of time they promised to do it in.

Well back in October's storm my roof got damaged. Another contractor came the beginning of November and gave us an estimate. We accepted and asked them to do the work. They never returned our calls and December came around and they never showed up. We called A&J Reliable the latter part of December and as you can see by January 6th the job was done. Their representative Wendell was very professional and nice. Their workers were very good and they left the place clean.. A%J Reliable saved the day.

Everything went great, their original estimate was very fair - we got 5 estimates and they were the most reasonable for the quanity and quality of work that was done.

Joe Dosch came out the day I called for an estimate. He gave a good price then gave a discount because I was referred via Angie's list. He told me the job would be done the next week and true to his word, the work was completed by Friday the next week. It came out beautiful. The crews (one for the gutters and one for the roof) were courteous and professional. They accept credit cards. NO MUSS NO FUSS. They even blew off and collected the debris on the lawn. Never had such nice experience with contractors.

Their super efficient staff arranged for an appointment at my first call. The appointment was only a day or 2 after my initial call. They coordinated with me the day before the appintment for estimated and on the day of the visit. The guy was punctual and efficient. In a few minutes he had an estimate for me. We agreed on the spot. He said I would be contacted with an appointment for the job. Shortly after they called to set the appointment. I mentioned no one would be present and they said no problem. They came, did the job and left me a bill. All work was performed efficiently and cleanly. I was very impressed with the company's operation. Definetely will use them again.

Darren Tarallo was very professional and we enjoyed working with him. He was very honest and we are looking forward to working with A&J in the near future.

Company responded to my call regarding damp spots on my daughter's bedroom ceiling (which is next to chimney) immediately with an appointment. The appt was kept on time. Assessment was straightforward in that he diagnosed the problem as being the flashing to my chimney was loose and damp under neath. arranged to have them come and fix it within the week. problem apparently solved. Gave me good information generally on the state of my roof, etc. Would definately use again.

It went wonderfully. I was worried that major work would be necessary, but A & J determined that the gutters were fine and made only minimal repairs for no charge. I greatly appreciated their honesy and that they didn't take advantage of the situation.

They were extremely prompt and courteous. Once we accepted the estimate, they scheduled the job 2 days later and were done. They take credit cards, which is convenient for small jobs. They also told us that we had 5+ years left before we needed a new roof, so there was no pressure. I recommend them highly.

We put off getting a new roof as different roofers gave us various timelines and we knew the replacement would be a complete roof. After this winter it was time. We had previously received four estimates. A&J was not the least expensive; however, the company, particularly Charlie, came highly recommeded by two good friends and that made the difference. I carefully went over the contract, including the fine print (there was not a lot though it was important as it was informative), and asked many questions, all of which were patiently answered. There were weather delays, though one cannot fault the company as the season was filled with storms. Once work got going the bulk was finished in three days. We hit a glitch with the wood siding as it turned out it wasn't made anymore. To A&J's credit, we ended up with matched wood siding on our house. They apologized for the delay and we were happy. The siding looks great. We appreciated the fact that we did not have to live with a dumpster in our driveway. We were concerned about damage to the driveway. Each day a dumpster truck hauled everything away. Sometimes the truck made two trips. The roofers were very polite. In regard to the skylights, they made sure each was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I was particularly pleased with that as we would not have been able to reach them ourselves. I recommend working with Charlie. He is knowledgeable, tells it like it is, returns calls and is punctual. He will keep you up to date and informed. Our roof looks terrific. Our gutters were great in the last storm and we know we have a company that stands behind its work.

Great. I highly recommend A & J Reliable. Their sales rep, Charlie Venezia, is personable and thorough. He supplied me with many testimonial letters and documents verifying that his company was solid and reliable. There were none specifically for "roof cleaning," but there were references for many other jobs...most much more elaborate than I was hiring them for. So, even without specific people to ask such questions as, "How did the roof cleaning go?" and "Did you feel they did a good job of it and was it worth the price?" I decided to go ahead. The three polite workers who came, Ulysses, Jose and Elmer, explained all they were intending to do and, in fact, did an excellent job. They worked clean and fast and were respectful to me and to my property, carefully protecting all of the shrubs and plantings around the house. Everything came off exactly as Charlie promised and I now have a very clean roof. They even noticed a hole around the chimney and caulked it, stopping an annoying leak. Thanks guys!

I like that we called him at 8:30 in the morning and they came by noon. I thought the price was fair considering that we called at the last minute and they came right away. They were very professional. They told us over the phone what it would cost per hour. My wife asked them to work for just two hours so they touched base with her at that time and they had done exactly what she asked for. I would definitely call them again.

Great. They came out to give me an estimate in a driving rainstorm, said they would meet that estimate, I scheduled a time, they arrived on time on the scheduled day, and it only took a few hours, and the roof looked like new.
