Quickly and smoothly. I appreciated that Lynn did the wallpapering because few of the painters I talked to would. They would remove it, but not replace it. Kevin did the livingroom in less than a day with minimal disturbance and with skill.

I have had them paint the interior for years. They do an excellent job. Anymore paint jobs that need to be done, I will only call them.

Best painting experience ever! Although we were initially skeptical, Kevin (who is part owner and chief painter of this outfit) completed all of the above in 2 1/2 days in expert fashion. He was able to do this because he was amazingly well-organized and efficient. He was punctual and extremely tidy; his attention to details was excellent. He was also very careful in moving and protecting all of our furniture, rugs etc. We would definitely use this company again for any future interior painting and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very satisfying painting experience.

Set appointment and lady was 17 minutes late. No sorry or anything. I even tried to give her an out by saying "the roads must be a mess" and she said "no". Okay? Not personable at all. Very short and to the point. Not necessarily a bad thing but did not explain anything. What they would do, not do or process. I tried to make small talk and did not get very much. Gave a quote for 3 rooms(walls) and a hallway totaling less than 860square feet and I wanted to supply paint for the bedroom. It was over 1200 wow. Needless to say I went with another quote. They explained the process what they would do and was, shall I say, nice.

Great experience! On time to provide a quote and did so quickly. Initially thought the job could be completed in one day but after removing the second layer of wall paper he decided to let the walls dry thoroughly and preferred to finish the painting the next day, but he did patch and smooth the walls before he left. Returned the following day at the time we had discussed and ended up doing three coats each of the top color and bottom color (above and below chair rail). He indicated he bought a high quality paint that should do the job in two coats, but since the paint we selected was not a high coverage color, he decided to do a third coat which we were very appreciative of. Very personable, clean and we are so pleased with the final product.

Arrived on time for quote and presented written quote before leaving. Very flexible with scheduling as we had to change date of job. Kevin arrived on Monday morning and worked all week by himself. Job was completed by Friday afternoon. We are very pleased with results and highly recommend them. Professional, high quality and very price competitive. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I have a 100 yr old house and wanted some of the interior painted. I found Ladies & Lads with Ladders on angieslist several years ago and was very satisfied with the job they did for me then. I called & Linda came right over. She said the cracks in the ceilings and walls would have to be fixed prior to painting. Linda was very helpful regarding how to choose colors. Linda measured the rooms, quoted me a price and suggested I call Kevin to put me on the schedule. I called right away and I'm glad I did because he books up quickly. I told Kevin my color choice and he bought all the paint. Kevin did a walk-through first. He sanded the new drywall where necessary and removed all chipped/peeling paint. Kevin covered the floors, drapes & piano. He painted the ceiling in two rooms; the trim & radiator covers and then painted the walls in five rooms. This was a big job and Kevin worked non-stop for two full days. He is fast, neat and precise. When I am ready to have the remainder of the interior painted, I will be calling Ladies & Lads with Ladders. Their work is top-notch and they are a pleasure to do business with. After reaching out to three companies on Angie's List for quotes to paint my house interior, I received a response back, via Angies messaging, to provide me with a quote. I spoke to a representative on the telephone and set a date. They ended up missing two scheduled appointments for a quote. The first scheduled appointment was a no call no show but when I eventually did make contact, the possibility existed I had written the day down wrong. But after a second appointment was made and they were a no call no show, I knew it was not me. A representative showed up at my house a few days later, when I was not home, without calling ahead. They were turned away by my daughter. I have not had contact with them since.

Kevin called, just as he said he would and set the date for doing the job. He came on time and completed the work. He did a superior job! I would definitely hire him again as well as recommend to friends.

The providers are extremely professional. They arrive at the given times and clean up and explain the work they are about to do and have done. No problems at all. Would contact again for further painting projects around the house.

Could not have been better. Arrived promptly and at time expected, worked all day, finishing up in late afternoon. He covered everything with drop cloths. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Provided an excellent brand of paint (Benjamin Moore) as part of job and left enough to touch up when the walls might get dinged in the future. The estimating process several weeks earlier went very well also - estimator arrived in timely manner and clearly explained what would be done and then stated it in the estimate. The estimate was written. The estimate and final price were the same. Both the painter and the estimator were extremely professional and personable as well. Just a pleasure. Oh, and the painter move some pretty heavy furniture, which we were thankful for.

Love these people. Had another room done in my home and thought I it was this company and was a different one that I was not as happy with as I am with this company. Would definitely use them any time I paint. Very punctual and do very nice work. They also are very nice people.

Exceptional. Kevin came on time and kept us appraised on the wallpaper removal. Was extremely clean and neat. He completed the entire job in two work days. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

She was professional from the beginning and all the way through the project. It was a pleasure working with her and she quickly tackled the task. She even cleaned up every scrap of wallpaper and left the room tidy. She performed a very meticulous and thorough job even making sure all glue was removed and the walls ready to be painted the next day. On the 2nd and final day of the project Lynn even brought a chew treat for my dog. I would hire her again in an instant and highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond and does great work, quickly and at a very reasonable charge.

They did an excellent job. The bookcase is huge covering a 13 foot wall 9 feet high. All work was done very very well and took only 3 days. They even put an additional coat on in my master bathroom because they felt it was needed. They are perfectionists and it showed in their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends.

Kevin was prompt, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. He did all that I asked. The area was clean and he covered all the appliances and floor. I told him he would be doing it the next time it was needed!

I couldn't be more pleased. They did everything I asked. They were clean, neat, very, very professional and very, very polite and friendly. As a matter of fact, I will be asking them to come back to re-do my dining room (changed the carpet color; therefore, walls need to be redone) and the spare bedroom (hate the new color too). Oh, and you'll love the mother...she's just awesome!

I was very happy with them. They came when they said they would come. Kevin is the guy who does the painting and his mother who does the estimates. We set a date and he showed up on that date. He called ahead of time. He cleaned up afterwards. He did an excellent painting job. I’ve recommended him to other people.

Prompt,cleanup was excellent. I would have not known he was there except the great paint job. Kevin did my entry way (which is 2 story), hallway into the kitchen, up the stairs and the landing at the top of the stairs as well as the ceiling. Very worth the money and I didn't have to figure out how I was going to reach it all I'm sure I will be having back for more painting Thanks Evans

Linda came over to give us an estimate two days after we contacted her. We were having new carpeting installed and needed to have the wallpaper removed. She was very prompt and professional. Linda is a hard worker who gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend her. Her price was reasonable considering all the wallpaper we needed removed and she is a hard worker.

It's a small company, so one of the owners of the company is the painter. He contacted me the night before the scheduled job to confirm paint color and finish. He arrived on time the day of the job. He put down appropriate protection for my carpet and furniture and helped move some of the furniture. He was very concerned about getting appropriate coverage of the walls which, in 2 of the 3 rooms, originally had dark colors. He ended up putting on 4 coats to make sure it was done properly. In order to do this, he had to make a special trip back to the paint store to get more paint. Overall the job took about 6 hours. I appreciated his concern for protecting my property and the pride he took in doing a high quality job. It took about a month to get scheduled, but that only tells me that he is in demand and I was OK with waiting for someone who would do a great job, which he did. I would definitely bring him back when I need more painting done.

For over two years we had tried to remove wallpaper from our stairway. We had several contractors come out and look at it, no one was confident that they could do it. I finally joined Angies list and contacted some professionals from there. I had two people come out. I choose Ladies & Lads with Ladders, because I felt their estimate was fair. We set up a date, Kevin came out as discussed. He was able to complete the job in less time than expected. My husband was concerned with the mess that the job would make, much to his surprise when he came home-Kevin was finished with no mess left behind and the job very well done. Kevin and his wife were very professional and very willing to complete the job as I had requested. As he worked on the job, he would inform me of what he was doing and assure me there would be no mess, no smell and no clean up. I can't tell you how happy we were to find them, after living with torn up walls for two years. Thank you Kevin.
