Andy came out and repaired my boiler. He was prompt and professional. I have already scheduled more work to be done. Have already recommended him to family and friends. Very satisfied customer!!

Excellent communications and made several suggestions which were incorporated in the project. Andy made sure we had all the documentation to file for the state and Federal refunds and credits and even provided us with the forms. Very helpful, very professional. On time with the project, did what he said he would and came in on cost of quote. Had a warrenty issue with a cooling valve in 2015 and he responded next day and had it fixed after receiving the part in a timely manner. Very skilled, knowledgable and honest.

Andy was at our house within an hour of our calling. While there he also tweaked the water supply settings in the toilet tank. Prompt, efficient, friendly service.

The fix was very simple ( at least for Mr Klein) yet he took a few extra minutes to show me what the problem was and how to fix it. He even spent a few extra minutes to show our 4 yr old what the problem was in a very simple yet educational way. ( the little guy loves home repair at the moment). Mr. Klein didn't have to do that. I have used him in the past and loved him then as well. If anyone I know needs a plumber, I recommend Andy Klein

I talked to the owner the day after my heater sprang a leak, he answered all of my questions and helped supply information about models that I had seen at Home Depot and Lowe's, explaining why those models were of lesser quality. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my first call (I actually could have had an earlier appointment but I was still making my selection. The two men who actually did the work arrived on time and worked quickly. The whole process took less than a hour and both workers were courteous and made sure not to leave any mess as they dragged away the leaking old heater. I was well-satisfied with the work and the care the workers took to teach me about my new heater.
