Very efficient and knew what he was doing . Found the problem right away and solved it. I would recommend this pro and his services. Only issues I had with mr Williams was that after he replaced the outlets,he left the scrapped older outlets right by the new installation and after we agreed on him being at the house at 9am, he show up at 10:45 but he did called to tell me at 9:00am said he was going to be there by 11am. Other than that everything else I did not have a problem with.

Excellent work. Professional,informative and timely.

The job ended up costing me over 30% more than we originally agreed upon because Gerald, the owner, claimed that he did not fully assess the job although he was at the premises when he quoted me and i explained the scope of work, which did not change. He only brought one tarp, so dust and dirt covered most of my furniture and floors. The painters that I hired had to clean up after him. Finally, he installed a phone jack that doesn't work and will not return to fix it. He did cash my check, however.

Gerald was informative and polite

Very professional. Men were late getting started but Gerald notified me right away and kept me in the loop as far as what was going on also very apologetic. Only complaint is that we had to throw away our old light fixtures ourselves as they never offered to dispose of them for us. Besides that small thing, this company is very legit and can be trusted.

He gave me a fair estimate, knew what needed to be done to contact Con Edison on this job, and did the work within several days of our first conversation. I have other electrical work to be done and Gerald and Electric Plus will be hired to do the work.

Gerald was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. Out initial appointment was made for the Tuesday after Columbus Day, but he called me in advance and we rescheduled for early Columbus Day. Not only did he come in to help on a Holiday, but he also waited more than 30 minutes because I showed up late to the location. He had a very good attitude despite this. He was very clear with what he thought the problem was and helped us the best he could with what was available to him. He helped us to restore power to the workplace and did so very quickly. I would love to work with Gerald again, he made everything very easy and enjoyable.

Gerald was very thorough in finding the problem and resolving it. The electrical wiring in my home is a bit a of hodgepodge made by the previous owner and it took a bit longer to fix than I was expecting, but Gerald got it straightened out and I am happy to have the lights back on. I will be calling him back for other projects I need done. Plus he's a very nice man, too!
