The pro got the job done. It was a very hot day; he came like he said he would and took his time to do the job right. He was meticulous, skillful and professional. He answered all the questions we had and spent the entire day. Also, he helped us with a wire that needed to be reconnected without any extra fees. At the end, he cleaned up all his things and left like how it was before! We’re very happy and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I took away one star because his profile did not state that he did not accept credit cards as a form of payment and I was not expecting to use cash from my reserves as a retiree and he quoted me one price and when he came back to do the work the price was almost another $300. My other issue was I could have paid for my parts from home depot as opposed to him buying the parts and I received no receipt or an itemized bill. Gerald was professional and knowledgeable in his work , very respectful and personable. I would recommend and hire him again because of his work but I would also take in consideration that he only deals with cash and no receipt.

Gerald helped set up a new EV charger, the price was very good, and so far the install has been working fine.

GFI outlet and standard outlet next to it was not working. The tech removed and tested outlet showing it had no power. Proceeded to check breaker panel, removed cover, tested circuits and isolated breaker causing the problem, breaker showed no visible problem, tech reset breaker and power to outlet came back. Cost was $260, which I felt was a bit high. After viewing breaker panel cover I found #15 breaker was not totally seated in its hole so I had to loosen cover to allow breaker to seat properly in its hole then re-tighten cover. Initially, tech did not tell me what his rates were and I still have not received receipt. He seemed competent and professional while he was in my home.

Gerald is an absolute professional! He responded quickly and was able to get the job I needed done not only quickly but with absolute precision. I would recommend him 100 times out of 100!

Excellent skills, very professional and friendly. I hired Gerald to install an EV Garage charger. Cleanup could use as a little improvement, but this is far outweighed by skill and honesty. I would definitely hire him again for any project.
