Overall a great and professional experience, at a rate far lower than I expected. He is nice and hard working. He did show up late (which threw off my schedule a bit), but that is my only concern. I have not yet “tested” all of the transfer switch circuits that were installed, but the 2 we did test worked perfectly.

I was very pleased with the service and finishing of the job very quickly.

Very efficient and knew what he was doing . Found the problem right away and solved it. I would recommend this pro and his services. Only issues I had with mr Williams was that after he replaced the outlets,he left the scrapped older outlets right by the new installation and after we agreed on him being at the house at 9am, he show up at 10:45 but he did called to tell me at 9:00am said he was going to be there by 11am. Other than that everything else I did not have a problem with.

Excellent work. Professional,informative and timely.

The job ended up costing me over 30% more than we originally agreed upon because Gerald, the owner, claimed that he did not fully assess the job although he was at the premises when he quoted me and i explained the scope of work, which did not change. He only brought one tarp, so dust and dirt covered most of my furniture and floors. The painters that I hired had to clean up after him. Finally, he installed a phone jack that doesn't work and will not return to fix it. He did cash my check, however.
