I contacted Gerald who came over on May 8, 2019 and looked at the problem which was and still is a wall outlet that doesnt work Gerald diagnosed the problem said it was fixed and it appeared to be fixed shortly after he left it was no longer working I called he came back said it was fixed left and the same thing happened I contacted him and he was very apologetic and said he would return to correct the issue he never came I called he didnt answer finally I called from a friends house and he answered I expressed both my displeasure and my frustration in a respectful manner he promised that he was coming to make good on the matter he has yet to return finally I left him a voicemail explaining that I paid him my money and my problem remains and that I could not in good conscience give him a good review in light of my experience So I would caution any and everyone from using his services. He is not a man of his word and as you know all you have is your word and if you dont keep your word you dont exist business is predicated on trust thats why we have contracts when we enter into agreement services for money that is a contract he has my money and my outlet still does not work I feel like I was taken advantage of. It is now JULY 25, 2019

We hired Gerald to rewire our master bedroom for an installation of a ceiling fan. He performed both services in less than half a day at an agreed upon, affordable rate. He was timely, efficient and reliable and we would gladly work with him again.

Seemed very expensive to have an existing outlet changed to GFCI and to add 2 slot fillers to a power panel.

The service was great! Gerald is the Denzel Washington of Electrical work! What I liked the most was his straight forward and honest attitude. No BS and no playing games. You have a problem he has the solution and he gets down to BUSINESS. Thanks Gerald for your honest work and opinions. FYI: I had two other people try and help me fix this issue and neither were able to fix it. Gerald found the problem in 1/2 hour.

Good at communicating from the road. Good follow-up. Friendly. Efficient. I would hire Electric Plus again. This was the easiest of electrical jobs- a master 100Amp breaker replacement - easy out, easy replace. However, I think Electric Plus is capable and would consider some tougher/bigger jobs.

Hired Gerald to install hallway lights and move a panel switch. After the job was done and I needed follow up work done because the sensor lights were staying on for long period of times and CONED needed confirmation for work done on panel. Mind you this job was done since February 6, 2019. After muliple calls to Mr. Williams, he finally came back on March 26th 2019 to correct the issue. And he promised to send the necessary docs to Coned. I have called and left numerous message to Mr. Williams since, he never returned my texts or messages. I had to get another electrician to come and take another look at my sensor lights and the panel and send the documents necessary to coned to avoid being fined. This is most unprofessional and inconsiderate service I have ever had. When you pay someone for a service, you expect them to complete it.
