I needed an expert to come remove the Tesla Charging station we had at our office, and within minutes of posting my project Gerald with Electric Plus returned my call and was able to come out within less than an hour to give me an estimate. Gerald was very professional, an expert, very kind, and very fast & efficient. Overall I am very happy with how quickly the job was completed, the result, and Gerald was superb in every way! I will definitely be recommending Electric Plus to our other business and friends who live nearby. Seriously amazing.

Electric plus offered to do the electric panel upgrade on a Saturday. That saved me taking a day off from work. That was the 1st plus. Then once he started he worked diligently until finishing, so my down time was minimal. Very professional. I would definitely use him again, and recommend his services.

Please Read!! I hired Electric Plus/Gerald in April for what he called a 2 day project. I was wary from the start as he was cheaper than expected and also had very poor communication and contract agreement skills. I commissioned Gerald for a new breaker panel and all electric outlets/fixture's to be updated/changed. Gerald showed up 2 hours late for the first day and worked on 3 outlets, failing to trouble shoot most of them as promised to get electrical working in all rooms. He then told me he has to return the next day due to finish and probably disappeared for a week. He showed up finally after some chasing and then worked on 3 replacement light fixtures not retrofitting all of them or updating all outlets and light switches as agreed. He then told my parents he had to get allergy medicine and would be back he never showed up and went off the map for weeks. Gerald lied, he told me the day before he had to be somewhere for a delivery. Anyway I chase and chase this grown man to finish the work I paid upfront for, weeks later he shows up to finally do the only thing I cared about which was the electric panel. He was cranky and whiney when I address him totally unprofessional. This is almost 2 months after I hired him, finally when he finished the panel I was naively impressed as it looked clean. Of course his work was questionable I would discover shortly after. He did not upgrade the panel to 200 amps as promised and now we have a FIRE HAZARD sitting in our basement as the power for the entire home cuts off not tripping the breaker and attempts to reach Gerald have failed. He finally responded said he would be there next day to correct it and guess what no show. Worst of all he randomly shows up days later when my mother is alone asking who is there so he can come in but did not call or even text me beforehand. Gerald is sloppy, leaves all the work garbage where ever he wants on the floor. Rude and inconsiderate of his paying customer. I'm so fed up with dealing with him I'm hiring another contractor to correct Geralds work. I did my best to not write this review and gave Electric Plus / Gerald Williams/ ''Gerald kizer'' more chances than anyone would and he really does not care. This man literally looked me in the eye and told me nothing bothers him when I brought up how difficult it's been scheduling work with him. If you have a small project aka quick money for this guy it may work otherwise AVOID HIM AT ALL COST he wasted so much of my families time after we brought our first home. Planning around him was impossible. He can not deny any of this, he probably frankly does not care anyway he's near retirement I imagine. (Less than what was agreed as he never finished more than half the work! Also how can you make time for someone to show up when they never let you know when to expect them)
