Mr. Williams is honest and professional. I had an issue with lights flickering all over the house. He assessed the problem and took time to explain what was causing the issue. My main electric line had a clamp burned out. He replaced it expeditiously. Iâ m very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Electric Plus to address your electric needs.

Mr. Gerald Williams is a very knowledge electrician. He was very thorough and took his time to check all switches in my electrical box. He found out what was the problem in my home and fixed the issues that I had. By the way it was snowing badly and he still arrived as scheduled. I would recommend him to anyone.

It is infuriating to me to see that this person is still in business as of November 2022. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Here is my story: I found Gerald on Angis and connected him with my husband to rewire two entire floors of our brand-new home. He was supposed to do so much work besides the rewiring, the type of complete job that you would expect from a licensed electrician in a brand new home (including but noncomprehensive putting new outlets, installing lights and smoke detectors among many other things). Long story short this guy had the nerve to ask $30.000 and to get paid $13.000 before starting the job. The only good thing he did for us was to file the electric permit with the city. That is it, after that he only caused damage for us. We hired him in May 2022 and he said he would need 1 month to finish the whole job. However, by July 2022 he was not even halfway done. Also starting in June he started not to show up regularly and my husband had to constantly chase him down calling and texting him nonstop because he would just not show up for weeks without any type of communication (by that time he had already been paid $13.000 + $13.000 to be completed after phase 1 which was pretty much the permit thing). Needless to say, since August 2022 never came back to our home and he never finished the job nor he bothered to give us any notice. The job he did for our second floor (the brand-new wiring system) is completely messed up. He was supposed to rewire our first floor but he never did. We recently moved in and none of the outlets upstairs work, so now we will have to pay someone else to come to fix it after we pretty much wasted almost $30,000 that we gave to Gerald. He never installed the lights, smoke detectors, or anything like that, not to mention the facts that he put outlets without a sense throughout the house and the light switches that are pointless (for example, for most rooms he only put one switch that makes no sense I.e. outside of the room). I do not know who this person thinks he is, but I can tell you he is not an honest, reliable person, both at the personal and professional levels. He is someone who I would not ever recommend to my worst enemy. Besides his unprofessional ways, he is also very selfish and careless because we work hard for our money and he feels entitled not only to lie to us but also to take such a big amount of money from an honest family without doing any job he is been paid for. This is disrespectful to the core. At one point he said that a family member had some medical issues but I do not believe it is true as we have always been open to communication so if that s was the case we could have talked about it and worked around that, but I do not believe a single word that comes from this mans mouth, and the fact that there are reviews from after August 2022 just confirms my thesis.
