+ -1 moreAndy arrived on time and quickly resolved all the little problems I had pointed out. He fixed a couple of doors, replaced a toilet seat, and went to the hardware store to get a dozen bags of mulch. Many people are unwilling to do small jobs like these, so I am very happy to have found him.
