From the first meeting, Bob was a pleasure to work with. He gave us some great ideas for out lighting and they worked perfectly. He is passionate about his work and it shows in the results. The entire process went very smoothly. The company did everything they promised, and the lighting looks wonderful and works beautifully. The installation is done professionally and very neatly. In addition to installation, the company scores high marks for service. We are on a service plan where we make an annual payment for the cleaning of all fixtures and the installation of new bulbs -- plus the plan covers any necessary maintenance -- from changing bulbs to transformer problems. For example, I hit one of our path lights when shoveling snow last month, and I couldn't get the light to work. I called Bob, and he sent someone out to fix it within a few days -- no charge. He's also come here just to change a bulb - also included in the annual service plan. Bob is an electrical engineer, so he is very knowledgeable about all kinds of outdoor lighting. Pricing was very fair and competitive. I have referred Bob and his company to many of my friends, and they all seem to be quite satisfied.
