Description of Work: Yost replaced an outside air-conditioner condenser. They came one day to assess why home AC system wasn't cooling and I had a new unit and a cool home 48 hours later. I have had a contract with Yost & Campbell for many years so the service is always priority. Their servicemen are excellent and very pleasant. I highly recommend the company but do buy their contract to save a little money and time. They are not cheap but they are good and they show up on time. | |

Description of Work: Scope: OIl to gas conversion + remove old radiators + all new duct work + Navien instant hot water + water tank + twin hydro coil units for indoor adn two=in A/C condensers for outdoor. |Timeline: started Jan 13 this year and still working on last part, to get a generator for the whole house in adn certified with old gas line disconnected. |Good: Sales professionalism; installers (generally) |Bad: working on their own without adult supervision means you could end up with ductwork in crazy places that compromise your renovation |Ugly: cancellations (endless), month long delays between appointments, 7 months to do 3-4 month project; my having to be my own overall Project Manager. |

Description of Work: They removed our old oil burner and replaced it with an efficient gas burner. They also arranged to have our oil tank removed. Everyone showed up on time and worked efficiently. The entire process took three days. They were also helpful in helping us get a rebate from Con Edison and getting a no interest loan from GE Capital.

Description of Work: They were very expensive on the consultations fee compared to competitors. They also refused to honored the coupons which I found on Angie's list. They seem shocked that I actually had a coupon as if they didn't know where they had posted them.

Description of Work: During the Winter, My Mom's furnace stopped working. They came out that evening got it working, but it failed again the following day. I was billed for the first repair action, which I paid. They billed my for the second repair action. About two months later, my sister was billed for the first repair action again so I had to provide proof that they were already paid for this repair action.
