They are professional. I would recommend them to others.

I have used their services in the past too. I have a contract with them and so the annual charge is $170. I have had a very good experience with them. They are timely since they come on time. They are well organized. They respond to your call and they do get back to you. They are very professional. I would certainly use their services in the future too.

They looked at the system and did their thing and that was it.

They are a local company and are in business since 1935. The owner of the company was very good and I am very happy with the job that they did. In fact, he came out to give me the estimate. They took out the old boiler and put in a new one. They did the work in one day itself. The technicians were excellent and they knew exactly as to what they were doing. There were really no complications. We agreed on a price and it was certainly within the right range. I had made a request and asked the owner for 3 references. In fact, I called those people home at night and one of them volunteered to come out to see the boiler. They were very happy and they were also happy with his service. One of them had a problem and they came when it was snowing on a cold night. His man was there within an hour and he took care of the problem. One guy was a contractor and he had him do his job and was very pleased. I went ahead with the work without any recommendations or references. It was a big job, as it cost me around $6000. The furnace is now working fine. They installed their program and it was a good replacement, as I had the furnace for about 40 years. The price that they charged was very reasonable compared to the other companies. The work was very well done. Their responsiveness to my needs was excellent. I had asked them to work on some minor things once they finished the job. My radiator needed new valve as I have a steam system. So, I had them replace a couple of the valves. They came out the following day after I made an appointment with them, as they didn't have the valves in their truck. They then replaced the valves in the bathroom and also the living room. They were very punctual. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They gave me a year's contract for the maintenance of the boiler which is a part of the package. I would probably continue to use their services in the future too.

The company did an excellent job at a price that was $5,000 less than the nearest bid. They were a little slow in finishing. Over all I was very satisfied.

Yost & Campbell Westchester Corporation comes on time and does the work quickly and efficiently. They are very nice people. The servicemen have always been polite, professional and courteous. They do come on time. I'm very satisfied.

I have always been very pleased with this company. They are reliable, friendly and they really know what they are doing. They do not say something is wrong when it is not just to get a buck. They are a great company to do business with and I would recommend them.

I was browsing Angie's List and was very pleased to see Yost & Campbell. My family has had a contract for years and they have always done a great job of servicing the boiler. Several members of my family have had boilers installed by them and they could not be happier. It seems anytime we need them they come right over and take care of the problem. All the people they send are very nice and know what they are doing.

The whole thing was bad from beginning to end. They were in here 3 times a week for months. The technicians did not know what they were doing, I do not think they were familiar with Burnham, the brand that I had bought. All of the technicians were young. The owner will not talk to me on the phone, nor did he give me the Capital Improvement form. The lady in the office got nasty with me. I still don't have much heat in the kitchen. The only times the boss came to my home were to sell me and then to collect the check.

I have nothing but good things to say - they were professional, the workman really understood the technical parts of it. They didn't let me know when they were going to show up but in every other way they were really excellent.

I called the company for a free estimate, and a nice young man came over, looked at the job took measurements, and spoke to us about the job and the company. He dropped off the estimate on the same day. It wasn't the least expensive but he was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We decided to go with his company and we are grateful we did. The workers were pleasant and did an excellent job. After the job was done, the young man came by to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It's never a great experience to have to spend a lot of money, but they made it as painless as possible.
