Description of Work: They repaired the water heater, advised us how to operate the systems. They changed valves for the heater and furnace.

Description of Work: Yost and Campmbell were professional and courteous and provided great service at a reasonable price.They also worked quickly and were always on time.I would recommend them for all heating and air conditioning needs. They were true professionals.

Description of Work: Called them to get an estimate for two new central AC units. Met with Tom Monahan, one of the key people at Yost & Campbell. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable. Their estimate was a little bit higher than others, but they are known to do very high quality work. I haven't yet moved forward on the project due to other circumstances.

Description of Work: A very nice man named Brian came and did a check-up/ clean out of my furnace. He was great! I highly recommend.

Description of Work: They would not come out and give me an estimate for repair of my heater without having to pay a $145 service call fee. Only half of the service call fee would have been credited to my bill if I chose to continue with the repair.

Description of Work: contracted for purchase and install of a back-up generator. Called and asked if it would be a one day install, they confirmed a one day install. day of install only half the people showed up, just plumbers, no electricians. that day the plumbers called repeatedly and tried to find where the electricians were. when the plumbers left, they said office would contact for a return date to complete install. No phone call in over a week, no answer to repeated attempts to contact them, just phones out of service or switched to voice mail. when you do get a live person, they inform you they will have to call you back. My advice is do not hold your breath waiting for that call.

Description of Work: Called and explained problem (ductless air conditioner that was leaking). Was told visit would require $125. Yost rep came out and told my super after looking at the unit, that he was wrong person and I should call and make another appt. He took and cashed my check for $125. I called next day, and was told that another person would come out for no charge. Second person still has not shown up. I don't know the quality of the work although they had great reviews. But $125 for this amount of service makes no sense.

Description of Work: When I called to schedule an estimate for plumbing repair this company said the soonest they could offer a meeting wasn't for 2 weeks. When I indicated we had used them before they said that was just once six months ago and it made nom difference. They gave me a 3 hour window in two weeks then never showed up. I called and they said they had scheduled me for next week -- something I would never had agreed to given a work commitment the following week. Between their rude treatment, long wait for an estimate and failure to keep the date I would strongly advise steering clear. It does not seem possible to develop an ongoing trusting relationship with this company.
