V SANTINI MOVING

V. Santini is highly unprofessional. The scheduler was selfish, and tried to insist that I make an appointment for "tomorrow or the next day" over the phone. She acted like she had never emailed a client before, let alone one with a complicated schedule who works every day (eventually I was told I could pick "any time" between 10am and 3pm on weekdays only). Reluctantly, she contacted me by email and, with difficulty, an appointment was set (which I arranged to leave work early for). I was told the agent would confirm the day before the appointment. He did not. Instead, he called one time 2 hours before the scheduled appointment (when I was at work with no cell service--which Santini was informed would happen--I provided them with alternate means of reaching me). I assumed he would just show up, which he did not. When I called him to reschedule, he was rude and literally refused to reschedule the appointment stating that I had "wasted enough his time." Totally unacceptable. Moving companies are a dime a dozen in this city, and I advise you use ANYONE ELSE besides V. Santini, Inc.

I did not select this mover due to timing,distance involved,cost.

Their service was exceptionally good. The men were polite, friendly, professional and really knew how to pack and move quickly, efficiently, and safely. Moving estimates were always accurate.

They did not shrink wrap my couches as was promised. They did something that was detrimental. They decided to do it in one day. Their were some careless things they did that they would not have done if they had more time. They did break one valuable piece, but I had bought the insurance on it.
