Totally unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy . Fernando's bid was the highest but he guaranteed that he would stay on schedule and pull guys off other jobs if necessary. Since we had other work/contactors waiting for the patio to be completed before they could start their work and he guaranteed that he would have his crew onsite as scheduled we hired him. There were some red flags when he brought the contract, he demanded a 1/3 deposit although WE were providing the pavers; the contract was from Unique Contracting; it was missing his contractors license number; the check was made payable to GoPro not Unique Pavers. However, based on Fernando's representations, we decided to give him the benefit of the the doubt and we scheduled the start date with a two week lead time. Two days before his start date, WE reached out to him to confirm and he then tells us that he is a week behind schedule. When we asked him to work something out since we scheduled all the other contractors and material delivery around his schedule, his response was that it happens and that it was due to the rain. In the interest of getting the work done, we offer two other dates but he still pushes our job back a week or more if it rains. When we questioned the validity of his "rain " excuse since it had not rained in over a week, he then claimed that he couldn't work Monday - Wednesday because we didn't want to get permits. His contract doesn't even mention permits. Since he only provided excuses and attitude but never provided us with a certificate of insurance or called the gas company, we can only surmise that had no intention of starting our project anytime soon. Subsequently, we had no choice but to cancel his contract and we asked for our deposit back. He response was and i quote " it don't work that way, my time worth more than that, I never give deposits back, the deposit means you just hold my time" and that if we don't let him let him do the work he will forward procedures" totally ignoring that he was fired. We had to tell him that if he attempts to start work on our property that we would have to call the police. Fernando thinks that his time is worth $3500 an hour which is how much time he spent in communicating to us. Although Fernando obviously has more work than he can keep up with and although he didn't do any work for us or purchase any material for our project ( since we are proving the pavers and walls ) he still feels entitled to keep a $3500 deposit. STAY AWAY.

Started out ok, sloppy work habit's garbage on neighbors property. Left construction debris and lunch bag's all over property. Urinating in our back yard???? Two years later had to have to have a company re do the stairs( they sunk in two inches). Twelve stair riser's came loose. (dangerous) Never returns phone calls. Joint mortar cracking on front steps discolored the steps with sealer and stated that is the best we can do. Sealed and flashing on foundation all cracked and fell off the wall three times. They did refund our $ on this work. But it cost us twice as much to have it done correctly. Do find another contractor. Don't use Unique Pavers .

This provider never showed up for arranged appointments.

The guy who came out was a person I could talk to and was kind. He did whatever we talked about and we were happy.

No one ever showed or contacted us for scheduled appointment. We were disappointed.

Fernando and his guys did an awesome job on my backyard and front driveway pavers. The team work hard to provide exactly what you are looking for. We always get compliments on the pavers. I was so happy with the end product that I am using them to replace my siding with brick.

George was very responsive and professional. He clearly explained the work that needed to be accomplished, and performed the work in a careful and neat manner.

Had gotten few estimates, but Fernando came in the the best price. He also seemed to have the best knowledge for the work I needed to do. I had to have a 5 foot X 100 foot retaining wall rebuilt, and then decided to pave 3/4 of my yard. The workers did a wonderful job, very quick and very professional. I could not believe how fast the wall went up! The pavers are amazing! We can actually enjoy our back yard now, and we now have parking for 3 cars. The bricks stand up well to weather and the wall is beautiful.

Such a great experience. Large crew was on-site and worked like crazy. Got everything done, listened to everything we asked, had good advice and left a beautiful, clean landscape. The pavers are better than I ever thought they would be. The price was more than competitive. Good to know that there are good people out there doing honest work. I would never hesitate to recommend Unique Pavers to anyone.
