Have used Tom Collucci couple times in past so called him when discovered leaking pipe. He responded promptly and made appointment. He examined leak and explained why it was happening and that pipes needed insulation and how I could do it myself and what I should get. Examined source of leak at radiator and replaced valve and repaired pipe connections. As usual he kept running commentary explaining how system works, why things happen, what can be done. Work was done in professional efficient manner. Plumbing is not cheap but you get what you pay for. Tom's prices are fair and reasonable and he clearly points out what needs his touch and what I can do myself. I will continue to use TSBC Maintenance for all our plumbing, etc., needs and heartily reccommend him to anyone needing his services.

It went very well. They cleaned up so well, you can't even tell they were there. They were professional and discreet. I am very happy with the service. They are incredibly knowledgable on what they do. I have been using them for different projects over the past 10 years.

He is very intelligent and he will explain what he is doing. He talks nicely and not down to me like other people. He saved us money years ago because another company was trying to put in something that wasn't necessary. He is a little higher priced, but well worth it.
