+ -1 moreThey were very good. They had the best price. The quote was right on par with everybody else’s. They did it the same day I called. The technician who came out was clean and he had a uniform on. He wore shoe covers when he came into the house. That impressed me the most. He was very professional. They guaranteed that they would do the work the day I called them and they did it the same day. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Mr. Rooter of Greater New York in July 2011. They replaced a water main for us.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY ARE GREAT AND VERY RELIABLE. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO SHOW UP. THE MAN THAT COMES HERE IS VERY PLEASANT. AS FOR THE SERVICE, THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: I HAD A SUMP PUMP REPLACED IN MY BASEMENT AND A DRAIN SNAKE AT THE BOTTOM OF MY DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO WORKED ON MY KITCHEN SINK. THERE WAS A CLOG IN IT, AND THEY FIXED IT.
