Although these men were friendly and showed up on time, they certainly took advantage of my kindness and ignorance of materials being used. First of all they did a terrible job staining the deck, the following year i had it redone by another company and they did an excellent job at half the price which included the purchase of the paint.The side of the house was power washed but the price i was quoted originally included power washing the front of the house as well and later told this was not the case. When the work was completed I was not only impressed with the aesthetics but how quickly the work had been completed. By the fall I regretted my decision to allow this landscaping company even set foot in my door.The way the stones were set at the bottom of the stairs leaves a pool of water everytime it rains or the sprinklers go on. A contractor told me, something about the "pitch" being off. He also showed me how uneven the steps were cut and how litttle concrete was used to set the stones. Some of the Belgian blocks have actually come off. What bothers me the most is the quality of the stones that were laid on the walkway, I was told it is nothing more than cheap slate that is cracking because it was not put down properly. Last spring when I contacted the proprietor to come and take a look at what was then just the beginning of the scaling of one or two slates, I was told he would finish up a "job" and would be back, he also needed to place the sealer on the driveway, which was already paid for. Well, almost a year later and I have not heard from him. My bluestones are now gray, the scaling in the cheap slates that were placed keep scaling and my driveway has never been sealed. Think twice before you hire these landscapers, you want someone you can trust and not just take your money!

IT IS POSITIVE. WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVEN YEARS. THE WORK IS GOOD. THE YARD WORK IS HARD TO MESS UP, BUT THEY'RE PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE.
