Description of Work: They replaced a hot water heater that completely went. The new model was shorter and wider, and they didn't even charge extra for the additional connecting copper and PVC piping that was required. They are also remarkably fast. They were in and out in less than 2 hours.

+ -1 moreI needed a lot of plumbing work done and received several quotes. Proactive was responsive and on time for the appointment. He was extremely nice and seemed very competent. His quote was competitive (mid-range of all of the quotes that I received), but I ended up going with someone else as he was very busy at the time. If I waited until a slower time, he said he could offer an even lower price, but unfortunately I couldn't wait. I would consider using him in the future though.

+ -1 moreWhat a Major let down. Don't call this guy unless it's your 5th estimate. I'm sure he knows his craft but man did he leave me hanging. He showed up on Tuesday and I immediately told him I had an urgent large job for him to quote me on. He promised me an estimate by Monday. I liked his plumbers sales pitch and told him I wanted to go with him. I called to check in with him and he assured me the quote was coming...........On the following Wednesday I CALLED HIM to check in with the late status of the estimate i was waiting for only to have him tell me: "you know BOSS I got busy with other work" and then admitted he wasn't comfortable with the complexity of the job and said he wasn't going to do the work. Really? After a week you tell me YOU don't want the job. Had he just told me that day I am not confident I can do the work, or this job is too big, or I am just to busy that would have been fine. Instead I put my faith in the wrong guy service company.... They let me down big time. I found this experience totally unprofessional. Good luck
