Description of Work: The construction crew built a bathroom and storage closet from scratch. Work included installing plumbing, heating, shower fixtures, toilet, walls and flooring, insulation, vanity and sink, mirror, wiring, electrical fixtures, ceramic tiles, interior woodwork, paint, removal of construction debris. Work went well except for some minor admonishment that they could not beat the existing infrastructure into submission. Rather, they needed to learn to refine some construction tactics and finesse some installation around what already existed in the house. Bottom line: we are happy with the final product.

Description of Work: I had an old deck demolished and a new deck installed. Ozzy and his crew were always on time and started early in the morning. The guys were very efficient and clean . |Ozzys prices are reasonable . It did come out a bit expensive but the QUALITY OF HIS WORK , and knowledge of his craft are priceless. |Remember you get what you pay for .... |I know I have a well built deck that my family will enjoy for years to come. |Ozzy and his company are very professional and I would recommend him to all.

+ -1 moreOzzy demolished and built a new 3 story deck for my home. When he initially came he was very prepared to take measurements and took the time to full assess the job. He was patient and provided clear explanations to my many questions and doubts. He showed up on time every day and stayed well past 8 hours to get the job done on time. He cleaned up and keep the work area organized and safe. I was truly impressed by Ozzy and his professionalism, he is a keeper for all my next improvement projects. I was ready to put on body armour to go t war on this project but was pleasantly surprised that Ozzy listens, courteous, calm and aims to please. He has a great personality to deal with and I never had reason to get angry and feel stressed during the job.
Description of Work: Demolished a 3 story wood deck, and replaced with a new deck in line with the aesthetics of the house, my taste and within building code.
