Ana arrived right on time and she was cheerful and ready to tackle the job ahead. I asked that she do a very thorough job in each room since I had not hired a professional cleaner in over 2 years....lots of hidden dust! Ana was super thorough--climbing up on the step ladder to get at the highest surfaces, moving furniture to get into all the corners. Her work exceeded my expectations! Every day since Ana cleaned, I feel like I live in a new house--especially when I get home from work each day. I would highly recommend this company when you want house cleaning done the right way!

Troy who handled the account did a great job for me. He was even able to accomodate a date change that I needed with limited notice. The 3-person crew came to the house on time, spent the entire day cleaning every inch of the house including inside the ovens and the appliances. They were thorough and I would definitely use them again to clean my house!

Troy and the entire staff are fantastic! We are in Rockland, where they don't primarily service, but Troy was excellent in finding Gabriella and her sister to come clean our messy house! He scheduled us within a week of my first contact. The ladies were friendly, punctual and did a great job. We were happy enough to have Gabriella come back on a bi weekly basis. The price is competitive, and for quality and a company you can trust - 100% worth it to me. I requested the natural cleaning products they offer and Troy drove to my house to drop them off himself!! Outstanding service. We highly recommend them!

Went great. From first contact, through scheduling, through day-of. Troy was helpful in scheduling and explaining service. The cleaners were on time and so incredibly nice and helpful. They were responsive to our needs and wants and did a fantastic job. There are a few things I should have specifically asked for, but the things that I did ask for, and MANY things I didn't ask for were done extremely well.

Good job to a high standard. Missed a few smaller spots at first, but when we pointed it out, they quickly fixed it.

I contacted Muffetta's Domestic Assistants in May 2014 for an initial deep clean of our house and was considering a weekly cleaning service. Response to my query was fast and explanation of the fee structure, additional services and accommodation of my special requests was clear and well communicated. I've continued with a weekly cleaning contract and am very happy with the consistent quality of work provided and continued communication from the company. The training, scheduling and task management is evident with the staff who are a pleasure to work with and who really make efforts to make sure the job is done well. Personally, I am so pleased to be a client of this company and highly recommend them.

I was completely panicked and feeling hopeless about ever completing the process of moving out and getting the apartment in A+ condition for the next tenant. After two full days of emptying out the place, even with five experienced movers, I was completely exhausted, and the prospect of spending the next day cleaning the entire place was daunting, to say the least. Muffetta's to the rescue!! Kay was Muffetta's professional who took on the job -- at the last minute, on a Sunday during the Fourth of July weekend, no less. She was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. She swept and scrubbed the entire place to a sparkle. If this job had been done using traditional toxic chemical products, I would have found myself gagging after an hour. But Muffetta's products smelled so good, I spent most of the day in the apartment, breathing in the scent of mounting freshness. (I wasn't just hanging around, mind you -- I had plenty of work to do on the place, but it was a pleasure to smell these products as I continued to pack). The end result? I passed the super's inspection with flying colors, and to quote a phrase I learned at nature camp, I left the place better than I found it when I moved in. I can't say enough about this service, and Kay's work. I am moving to Vienna to start a job there, and only hope I'll be able to get Angie's products there someday. Maybe Muffetta's can open a European branch!

We love our house cleaner - she is responsive and attentive. We have 3 dogs and she braves the little pooches and does not mind their constant yapping. We have used this service for almost a year now and have never been unhappy with their performance.

Teshia and Vanessa arrived on time. They listened to what I wanted done and got to work. They worked efficiently and diligently. The kitchen was a greasy mess (probably hadn't been deep cleaned for many years) and the bathrooms were a disaster. Now they are clean enough that where I thought I had to replace or refinish the kitchen cabinets, now I don't. I expect I will need to have another cleaning in in the next couple of months and would definitely use the company again (and the two sisters). It was a great experience and well worth the money.

Extremely happy with the work of Muffetta's Domestic Assistants! Lee cleans the house weekly and does an incredible job, she really has an eye for the details. Troy schedules the appointments and is always available for any questions, he is friendly and professional and I appreciate his help greatly. We have been using them for the past few months, and will continue to use them.

Continue to provide excellent service - we use them regularly and would not even dream of switching. The same person comes every week and does a thorough and professional job. On the occasions when she finishes early, we actually get charged less. Their office an dispatch service is also professional and courteous, in the event of last minute schedule changes, etc.

They were good. They were reliable, honest, reminded me when they were coming and confirmed the appointments electronically. It was very easy to work with them and I was pleased with the service they provided so that worked out well.

He was a last minute "fill in" for a no-show company. He accommodated my needs, called to verify several times and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His employee was prompt, polite and did a great job. I can't say enough nice things. This company has earned any of my future business.

Troy did an excellent job of scheduling the visit and explaining to me the various details of what services would be included and what materials I needed to provide. As a result, everything was ready to go when the lady arrived in the morning. She was pinpoint on time. Very courteous and polite. We spent five minutes going over where everything was and general instructions. She was extremely attentive and made sure we had gone through her own checklist. The apartment was cleaned spotless including all appliances. I am extremely happy with the service I received and have now scheduled regular monthly service. The only reason for monthly visits is because my apartment is less than 1500Sq ft and does not need this level of detail on more frequent basis. I look forward to my continuing relationship with these folks and coming home to an immaculate apartment.

I was sadly disappointed. For $527.00, I guess I expected perfection. There were a number of small things that weren't right (broken picture frame, water bottle left of the computer table, wet mop head and rags on basement floor, sloppy bed making) but the big issue was that they completely forgot to clean one of the bathrooms! Further, I did not realize that they do not automatically wash and fold the sheets and towels they replace during their cleaning. If you want that done, you must specifically state this when contracting for the service, so please be advised if you choose to use this company or you will come home to a four foot high pile of dirty towels and linens. In fairness, the rooms they did clean were done acceptably, and Mr. Krueger did offer me a 10% discount for the failure to clean the bathroom, but overall, it just seems like too much money for the level of service provided.

They are terrific. The price is per hour so it depends on how many hours I use them. The girl they send is terrific. They let me know what time she is coming. They are very helpful. If there are any problems, they will call me if she is going to be late.

I would recommend this company. From the customer service to quick turnaround. Everything was wonderful. I plan on uses them again!!

Contacting them is very easy, they worked with me over the weekend and I think even during the Super Bowl to schedule an appointment for the next week. Cleaning was great. Suzanne was very nice. She didn't mind working around our two basset hounds, one of which can be very noisy. I could really get used to using them all the time, but I just can't afford the price. I "splurged" on the cleaning because I was really busy at work, my back was too bad to clean the house myself, and we had family coming to stay with us. You definitely get high quality work, but I just don't want to spend money on something I can usually do myself. I will use them again when I get super busy later in the year.

The "House whisperer" arrived promptly, and was prepared to begin work immediately. She was extremely conscientious, thorough and demonstrated respect for my possessions. She was also pleasant to talk to, personable - and indefatigable. Despite several offers on my part, she did not pause to take lunch, only drinking water - and she worked for 7 hours! My house was spotless when she left and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

It went great - the housecleaning done was thorough and efficient. Particular attention was paid to polishing wood floors and really removing layers of dust on furniture. The housekeeper was very pleasant as well as being hardworking.

My husband and I bought a new house, and I needed it to be cleaned right away in order to feel comfortable about moving in. Even though it was short notice and the weather was not cooperating, Troy was able to schedule an appointment for me for within a few days, and the two women who did the cleaning did a great job. This was my fourth or fifth time using Muffetta, and just like in the past, the cleaners were on time and Troy was always reachable either by phone or e-mail.
