The floors and windows were well done. Unfortunately when we moved in after the cleaners were complete, we discovered none of the showers has been cleaned and the refrigerator was not cleaned at all. After speaking to the owner of the business, one of the cleaners came back to clean all of the bathrooms and refrigerator. I was satisfied with this second cleaning, but I won't use this company again considering they failed to clean the bathrooms the first time.

The cleaner, Tyrone, was punctual, very pleasant and definitely wanted to please. He seemed to be a very hard worker. He made some metal in the bathroom shine like I had never seen it before. Overall, a very good job.

I could not be more pleased. Booking it with Troy was easy and convenient - and he followed up during and after the service to make sure I was happy. Lee and Kaye had some amazing tricks up their sleeves and even checked to make sure I wasn't on the phone (I was working from home) before they turned on the vacuum. At the end of the day, Kaye didn't like the look of something and stopped to redo it. Very impressed, reasonable hourly rate, accurate appraisal. The house looked gorgeous when they were done.

I've been using Muffetta's since we moved into our new house. They are very responsive and accommodating to scheduling changes or any special requests that I have. Overall I've been very happy with their services and will continue to use them in the future.

Muffetta's was a great service to work with. The manager was very responsive and professional in setting up the appointment and worked with me on our specific needs. The two employees that did the cleaning were awesome. On-time and very courteous. They worked extremely hard to clean up the very old house that we moved into and went the extra mile to provide great service. I'd definitely recommend their services.

Everything went as planned. Joan arrived on time and was experienced. It was convenient that she could come on a Saturday. This task involved general cleaning of a 6 room apartment after the previous tenant moved out. She worked continuously. If she took a break, it was a short one. Detail expectations and tasks were set beforehand, which was probably why things went smoothly. Would use again.

The cleaning staff arrived on time and they were very professional. It was expensive but they did a very nice job. There was a 5 hour minimum, which was clearly stated over the phone before they arrived. My only problem was the crew finished early 4 - 41/2 hours and I asked them more than once to clean the refrigerator and freezer. When I returned home the fridge was hastily done, and the freezer wasn't done at all. I wish they had stayed the full 5 hours I paid for and finished the job.

It was better when I first started using them but know there is an issue with showing up on time. The cleaning is great.

The team arrived promptly at 9 and started work. The apartment (two bedrooms, two baths, living room, kitchen and rec room) were extremely dusty following construction. The clean up required multiple moppings to get the floors clean and detailed cleaning of the cabinets and closets. The results were exceptional. This is the second time I have used Muffettas and would recommend them for any and all types of cleaning you may need. Prompt, professional, and wonderful.

Amazing. After purchasing my first home, I was on a very tight time schedule. First up, I had the hardwood floors refinished. Next, I had painters in to paint the entire place. The painters finished Friday morning just as the Muffetta's team was arriving. As you could imagine after all the sanding that was done on the floors and by the painters (as careful and neat as they were), there was a very fine dust everywhere. Troy K from Muffetta's estimated 4-5 hours for his two person crew do deep clean my condo top to bottom. My movers were arriving at 2pm, so I needed the cleaning completed by 2pm. Once I was comfortable that the movers had everything under control, I made my way to White Plains. The ladies from Muffett's had just finished and asked me to take a look around before they left. I asked them to touch up the floors in one area, and they did so without any fuss. They were extremely polite and very professional. My new condo was immaculate. I could not have been any happier. I showed up with extremely high expectations and the ladies from Muffetta's exceeded them. The place looked amazing!! They did everything: floors, countertops, cabinets inside and out, closets inside and out, window treatments, interior side of windows, light fixtures, and the bathrooms. Everything was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling. The ladies were punctual, pleasant to deal with, and finished on time. They were great. I have to give Troy special mention. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to meet my schedule, even moving my appointment time up to 9am to ensure they would have enough time to complete the job. We spoke a few times by phone and several times by email. His follow up was exemplary and very professional. He showed a tremendous amount of hospitality and their service didn't end with the cleaning. He continued to follow up on his team's performance and want to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had several concerns heading into the appointment, having just spent a lot of money on the floors and painting. He reassured me his crew would be very extra careful, and they were. I was extremely happy with their service and cannot recommend them enough. Exceptional and worth every penny. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Troy!

I first contacted Muffetta's back in November when I was looking for a deep house cleaning before Thanksgiving, and with the potential of having them come on a regular basis. I set up an appointment for the following Saturday after a nice chat with Troy. I was so pleased with the entire experience (from working with Troy to set it up to the cleaning by Keonnie) that I decided to schedule them to come every two weeks. After three months, I'm still incredibly happy with the services they provide - super responsive, reliable, attentive to the details and very open to discussing concerns/expectations I may have along the way. With a 2.5 year old and a baby on the way, Muffetta's has changed my life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one-time thorough cleaning or regular cleaning service.

I called very last minute and Troy was able to switch around some appointments to squeeze me in before my holiday party. The house was a mess and when i got home, it was sparkling from top to bottom. Not an easy task, and it was accomplished in only 6 hours! Can't wait for her to be back again!

I think it went fairly well. The person that was coming to my house keen 5 to 10 minutes early so she was punctual. Came in and asked me what is it I want to done in particular if there was anything outside of what I requested on the phone. She started in the kitchen. And I felt comfortable enough to actually go and run my errands for the day. I did provide her with my phone number just in case there are any questions or emergencies. Didn't seem to have any emergencies. She left and locked the doors up kinder. And when I walked in I thought she did a very good job for the way my apartment was before she started. Refrigerator was spotless. The oven that I thought would have to be replace was spotless. I never realize how dirty my windows were until they cleaned it. Every groove in my kitchen and my living room that I didn't even think that was dirty was cleaned. And it was noticeably cleaned. Bathroom is done well kitchen was done well

Each time I've used Muffetta's, it has gone very well (4 or 5 times, I think). Some of the cleaners / workers are better than others, but overall the quality is excellent. And Troy is very professional and timely when handling the bookings; always responding to calls and feedback swiftly. He is consistently fair and kind and courteous. While I do find Muffetta's to be a bit pricey, I will continue using them for the long haul since they really are THAT good.

The work is excellent and the person who cleans my home is very professional. She takes pride in the job and really attends to the details both large and small. I have had many experiences with cleaning services over the years in my houses and my apartments. The quality of the work with Muffetta's and my interactions with the office staff are superior. I love that I receive a confirming email reminding me that I have service scheduled the next day. At the times when I need to make adjustments due to my schedule, these have been easily and quickly accomodated. My living space is spacious and has beautiful bamboo floors which can be a bit difficult to keep clean (my opinion). The woman who cleans my house does a fantastic job with them and keeps them impeccably finished.

I loved working with this company. Both Troy in the front office and Lee, our house cleaner, were professional and friendly. They are more expensive than most others but worth it.

We were thrilled with this company. Troy was incredibly helpful on the phone with getting everything set up. He went through all the details and gave me a great overview of what to expect. The cleaners themselves did a fabulous job. Everything was sparkling clean when I arrived home. They were also incredibly friendly and I professional. I will definitely continue to use in the future for regular cleanings.

Nicole was great! She was friendly and upbeat and didn't wince when she saw the job ahead of her! She worked for five hours straight and did a great job. This is my second time using Muffetta's and I will use them again!

Great! This was the second time we've used Muffetta's for a deep cleaning and, for the second time, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Troy was very accommodating in scheduling and the team that cleaned, Kieannie (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and Nicola were thorough, professional and extremely pleasant. They cleaned every nook and cranny and the house looks and smells great. I would absolutely recommend this service.

As all busy folks can understand, sometimes the extra set of hands is really worth the investment. Denise arrived promptly and after a quick tour of our space was eager to get to work. I must say our house was in tip top shape with her assistance and smelled amazing! Can't wait to work with her again.
