Muffetta's sent a team of 3 to clean our new house. We requested a move-in, post construction cleaning. The team could not have been more professional and courteous. They truly exceeded our expectations. All 3 team members were punctual, flexible in terms of our requests and extremely thorough. We were even moving on the same day and the Muffetta's team cleaned certain rooms first and worked around our movers with ease and confidence. We have already committed to use Muffetta's again. I would definitely recommend their services.

My review is for my particular service provider. Kaye is amazing! She is an absolutely lovely person and does a tremendous job for us. Muffetta's as a company is very responsive to texts and emails, and I appreciate the email reminders and emailed receipts. And I am very grateful to them for Kaye! She is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and every week she finds a way to go above and beyond.

where do i start. Needed last minute help since our normal cleaner was not well, Since my wife and i both work, have a 1yr old, dog and a cat. the last thing we want to do is clean on the weekend when its the only time we get with our Child. That said called Troy roughly 830 on Friday morning practically begging him to send someone over, he said give him 5 mins......he called me back and had some one at my house by 10am, That said his cleaner was amazing, my wife is OCD and neat freak and she could not find any issues with the job, our only issue is now what to do with our current cleaner since muffettas did such a great job we want to start using them more regularly going forward. My husband is in the hospital and I was desperate to have my apartment cleaned. To say it was a disaster area is putting it mildly. I called Mufetta's on Wednesday and Veronica was at my place on Thursday. She was amazing. A true miracle worker with no judgement. She put my wreck of a kitchen back together and still had time to clean my floors and the rest of the apartment. I felt such a sense of relief that it was done and one less thing for me to worry about.

Initially I contacted this provider via email and I never heard a response. However, I was impressed by the reviews and was able to get in touch with them via phone. I contacted them for my moms house for a post kitchen reno clean up. The house had not been deep cleaned in a long time plus the dust from the kitchen reno was everywhere. We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They moved books out of the shelves, cleaned shelves, books, moved furniture, did baseboards. Like I said there was visible dust everywhere. We were impressed and plan to have them back again

We unexpectedly lost our house cleaner and try as might, the house got quite dirty. I called Muffetta's and they were professional from the start. He answered my questions, was highly knowledgeable, and made scheduling easy. The crew was fantastic. It's a fairly large house and they got through it in the agreed upon time. They were thorough, careful and really made the place look great. Highly recommend.

They far exceeded my expectations, stepped into an unfamiliar place and picked up seamlessly. They were more helpful than I ever could have hoped for. I was actually able to enjoy a dinner with 25 family members and friends and did not have to clean up afterwards.

I called Muffetta's and get a rapid reply and scheduled a convenient appointment for a few days later. We selected two cleaners for four hours. They arrived on time and were friendly and trustworthy. The apartment was spotless when we returned. I had been somewhat concerned about the cost estimate but we got good value because once I saw the apartment in the condition we'd moved into two years ago I remembered what it was supposed to look like.

Cleaners arrived promptly and began to work with great efficiency. They did a very detailed and thorough job. My house was spotless in a short amount of time. Went beyond the surface to make sure everything was clean. Also organized and put things away as needed.

The first time was a big job to clean our whole house (4BR) from top to bottom. We were happy but there were some things we felt could be done better. Troy made sure to rectify this right away by sending a different cleaner to address those issues and she did a fantastic job! So accommodating and professional!

This cleaning was in preparation for painting/priming, and substantial interior repairs to the walls, in anticipation of selling the house. The house had not been lived in for approximately 12 years, and let us just say it had been woefully under-cleaned for much longer even than that. There was barely an inch of wall or floor that wasn't in need of a heavy-duty cleaning. All the linoleum flooring and wall to wall carpets were approximately 50 years old, and I specifically requested that the cleaning crew not devote a lot of time to cleaning flooring that we may ultimately take up before selling the house. The crew of three women walked in the door of the house 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time and left 7 hours and 10 minutes later. The company billed me for that precise amount of time. The crew had been fully briefed on my requirements by the person who scheduled the appointment, plus they paid close attention as I gave them a quick walk through of the house and discussed priorities if they were to find themselves short of time. The crew did such a good job cleaning the single bathroom that it looked as if they had installed a new toilet rather than cleaned the one that was there. And although, even after 7 hours with three people, the carpets and linoleum floors still looked old, dingy, permanently stained and ugly, there was no doubt they were less dusty and grimy and overall much cleaner than before the cleaners arrived. Throughout the house, a generation of dust bunnies and cobwebs was gone. The interior window glass was cleaned well, as were the frames, etc. The crew carefully followed the directions I had given when booking the job to clean within closets and window seats and to bag as garbage absolutely everything on any surface that was not nailed down and could not be vacuumed up. When scheduling this appointment--for a day and time slot that another customer just had cancelled and that just had become available for me on short notice--I informed the scheduler that in order for me to take that slot, I absolutely had to be closing up the house by 4 PM, 7 hours after the cleaning crew's scheduled arrival, because of other commitments. Even with my emphasizing all the deferred cleaning, the scheduler seemed confident that 7 hours with three people would be enough. However, within 10 minutes of my departing the house and leaving the crew to do their work, the scheduler called me to say that based on photos the crew had sent him, they were almost certain not to be able to finish everything I had asked for in the seven hours available. This was frustrating to me, as I could not stretch my schedule by more than 15-30 minutes. The scheduler and I clarified certain priorities, and the crew did as much as they could. However, when scheduling a major top to bottom housecleaning, particularly when a house or apartment hasn't been cleaned in years, any potential customer should be very explicit and emphatic about the condition of the residence to be cleaned, and if it's absolutely necessary to get EVERYTHING done in one visit, make sure the crew will have enough hours to do everything you need to get done. The only other aspect of this service visit that was less than ideal is that in cleaning around a wall-mounted thermostat, one of the cleaners accidentally changed the thermostat settings. I discovered this in my walk through before they left and was able to reset to the desired levels.

We were very pleased and would definitely use this company again. Communication beforehand was superb. The staff member we spoke with on the phone did a very good job managing our expectations (around how much the cleaners could accomplish in the time given), and he was very accurate. The cleaners themselves did an excellent job on our apartment, which had not been professionally cleaned in more than a year.

We had a very tight deadline to have our new house cleaned before our furniture was moved in; Mufetta's Domestic Assistants was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling the cleaning for the one day that was available. A crew of 3 came in and did an excellent job (the owner also came around to do an assessment and some supervision); the crew was very professional and thorough. We will certainly use this service again.

Worker was on time, and very friendly. Easy to have in the home. She did a thorough job on the bathrooms. Even got a huge walk-in shower door sparkling clean. Worked non stop for 6 hours. Was pleasant and friendly until the end. My recommendation is be realistic about what can be accomplished in a given time frame. Also Troy who sets up the appointments is extremely reliable and responsive.

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service. They had come once before and did an excellent job. This time they stepped it up a notch and showed us that they not only wanted to do a good job cleaning but gave serious consideration to how the rooms looked when they were done. They even arranged our daughters many stuffed animals on her bed so that she could dive into them. These ladies are not only professionals, they genuinely care about how happy the customer is with their outcomes of their work. I am about to have them come back next week.

It went very well both in the administrative end with talking to the owner to the logistical, the woman who showed up at my home and did her very best to make my house very clean. She, Kim, was absolutely a pleasant person to have in our house.

From start to finish Troy who booked the service and Ketish who cleaned my apartment were nothing short of excellent. Troy was a pleasure to deal with in booking and billing and Ketisha made my new place shine. I couldn't be happy. I 100% recommend their service.

I'm very happy working with Muffetta's! Troy is easy to reach for scheduling and billing, and he's always very pleasant and accommodating. Amy comes to clean our house twice a month, and she does a great job. She is a hard worker, thorough, and easy to have around.
