Went very well. She was on time, professional and thorough.

When I returned home I was pleased to find that all my little dust bunnies were gone and my kitchen and bathrooms were spotless - she had cleaned around the things I requested not be disturbed and it was just a pleasant experience.

I can't say enough great things about this company. From the first call onward, they were helpful, courteous, responsive and beyond polite. When my helper showed up, she was beyond great. She cleaned everything like it had never been cleaned before, plus did my laundry and folded it all for me. I have a 4 bedroom home, 2 1/2 bathrooms, finished basement, dinning room, living room kitchen and office. She cleaned each room so thoroughly it sparkled. You won't be disappointed. Well worth every penny.

Where do I begin. OMG these women were phenomenal! They did the best cleaning job I have ever seen. From detail cleaning of the stove (I mean they took black caked on soot that built for the past two years) and made it look like it was brand new. When I moved in my kitchen was white, through the years I forget the color and it was yellow by the time the ladies got here. My kitchen is white again! They literally scrubbed one of my bedroom walls which had scratches on it. My housecleaners were Felicia and Meral. Ladies a million thank you's and may God Bless you. They have made my home showroom ready. They got to my house at the appointed time, were beyond effecient and had the best personalilties. They were so great that I will now use their services multiple times throughout the year so that I can maintain and keep my home looking like it was just moved into. I thought I could clean myself until I hired Mufetta's. I have never seen such quality work. They never once backed out of getting into the nitty gritty to get things done. They just kept working until everything was perfect. I will also be buying your cleaning products. I suffer from eczema and have very sentitive skin. So when I saw what Felicia and Meral were using I had to make sure that I can get my hands on those products. Thanks again! I hired them based on the reviews I read and to be honest, even the ones I read do not do them justice. I am thrilled with their service.

I liked them very much and they did a really good job. They use natural materials on cleaning products. They are very responsive.

It went great. They are extremely reliable and hardworking.

They were here a long time and there were several of them. She had told me upfront how much it would be. It was about $30 an hour for each person that was here - she was here also. She was very professional, friendly and efficient, and seemed to be a good person. I could not have asked for something else. They did do a lot of stuff and whatever they did was done well, but there were a couple of blaring things I noticed that they missed; probably it was an oversight. She gave me some discount. I probably would use them again in the future.

2 people came from Muffetta's and cleaned our house from top to bottom. We've used other housekeeping services before, but none were this thorough: they dusted in between the radiator slats, washed down doors and walls, and generally scrubbed everything to spotless perfection. Even now my husband and I have a much easier time with upkeep. A few weeks later we had a fuel leak in our basement, and the oil company left a mess of oily cat litter and dirty footprints. I called Muffetta's, and they came through again; our basement looks (and smells) like nothing ever happened. Troy has definitely earned a spot on my speed-dial list!

Muffetta's Domestic Assistants is great. The lady is the best I've ever had. She listens well and remembers what is important to me and she follows through. She is reliable and listens to what you have to say and tailors her work towards your needs.

The worker arrived promptly on both days of work and work consistently hard. She was a pleasure to deal with.

The whole experience was excellent. My phone conversation with the service beforehand was clear and answered all of my questions. They showed up on time and did exactly what I asked them to. The quality of the work was excellent. They paid a grest deal of attention to the details while cleaning. They also did 4 loads of laundry while at the house. I was very happy with the quality of the work done and the price was very good given the amount of time they spent at the house and the amount of cleaning they did. I will definitly have them back again. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

We have agreed on what is to be done each visit. The job is done to completion. I have developed a confidence in Muffetta's Services. There are additional services that I have not taken advantage of such as pet care during vacations, shopping etc. I am going to have Muffetta's Assistants take care of my cats when we are going to be away next.

We spole to Angie about our need for ongoing housekeeping services and were immediately impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and great attitude. The first person she placed with us was extremely sweet and had excellent references but was a little overwhelmed by what was required to clean our home . To her credit, Angie came with her and worked by her side every day until it was clear that she would not be a good fit and then came up with another solution to meet our needs that we are very pleased with. Overall, we are very happy to have discovered Mufetta's cleaning service and expect that we will be working with them for a long while.

I could not have wished for a more complete service provider

I had been overwhelmed for years about having so much work to do but now I feel more in control of my house. My home is now always clean and organized. Angie initially came to my home to see what needed to be done. She and her team showed up the next day to work. I have them return each week to do various jobs and they are always done to my satisfaction.The basement was a real challenge but they managed it with ease.
