My first impression was dealing with Troy, who was accommodating before and after the service. For cleaning a one bedroom apartment (no dining room) I assumed their minimum of 5 hours at $35/hour would be sufficent. She was there for 7 hours and while slow, she did an excellent job, particularly on the windows and bathroom. After 7 hours there was not time to help "Summerize" the small balcony.

I have a 2 year old son and my husband and I both work full time, so we don't have much time to really clean the house efficiently. I spoke to Troy on the phone initially and he was able to accommodate my request for someone to come to my home earlier than normal working hours. Maria arrived at my home about 7:55am and we briefly exchanged greetings and I then showed her around the house and where all the cleaning materials were stored. After that she started her job immediately and she respected my request on how to leave the door, etc. and I came home to blissfully clean house! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Troy was very helpful and gracious and Maria was polite and thorough. I couldn't have asked for more... except for perhaps a lower price :)

I contacted Muffetta' s Domestic Assistants for the first time about 6 months ago. Joan, who sparkles with good cheer, has cleaned our house once every two weeks ever since and it has NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN. Our Hardwood kitchen floor needs to be refinishbut but since Joan has been coming it has such a lovely glow that I don't even notice the worn areas. The wood furniture also glows, the bathrooms gleam, my soapstone counters look brand new and dust is a thing of the past. Before Joan came my husband and I occasionally called a cleaning service that brought in a crew to blast through the house. Last year my mother came to live with us and I decided to have the house cleaned more regularly. I thought it would be better to have just one person come, someone who would become familiar to my mother, but I did not want to worry about checking references and green cards or paying social security. I called Muffettas because of their excellent Angies list ratings, Troy is a pleasure to deal with by phone or e-mail and I could not be more pleased with the service or the results. It is possible to have cleaning done more cheaply but I get very good value for my money and have had the pleasure of meeting a warm and lovely person in the bargain.

I paid $35 and hour for 8 hours. I have never seen anybody move slower. If she had been moving slowing and doing a thorough job it would have been different. I talked ahead of time to the dispatcher and we talked all about this, that $35 was an awful lot of money, but he assured me that they were professional cleaners and they would be wiping down the outside of the cabinets and things like that in the kitchen. I also told the lady to do that and she didn't even clean the outside of the microwave. She didn't wipe down the outside of the refrigerator. Everything she touched was not done well and she took 8 hours. Their excuse was that they needed more time. I told them they could have as much time as long as each room, and it is a small house, was done right. It was ridiculous. I am not even fully moved in here, so there is like nothing in the house. There is one bed in the entire house. The only thing was that the lady who came to clean was very nice. I don't recommend them at all. The man you talk to on the phone is nice. But it is not about being nice. I don't think that customers should be paying $35 an hour for somebody to be nice and not clean your house properly. The quality of work is not what they say it is going to be. They sent out somebody quickly but they didn't respond the way they should have with the problem.

We have been very pleased with Muffetta's. We tried out a few of their house cleaners before settling on one who we felt best fit our individual needs. We have had this same person cleaning our home for about 10 months now and we simply adore her. I am very particular about maintaining a very clean home and my standards have been met. In addition to doing a great job with the cleaning, our cleaning person is a very sweet woman who is honest, trustworthy and an all-around wonderful person to be around. On the corporate end, billing and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. In short -- we are very pleased with Muffetta's and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service was wonderful! Troy (owner) was so personable and understanding to what services I needed done in my home. Julissa was on time and cleaned specifically what I wanted. I live with my parents who refuse to change cleaning services. I hired Muffetta's hoping to find a more professional and natural way to clean a home. They loved what Julissa did and will in the future go with Muffetta's. Thank you so much for giving my parents for showing my parents what a CLEAN house should look like.

I contacted Muffetta about a year ago. I spoke to Troy the first time I called. He asked me various questions to get an idea of what I wanted done. Inga came to see the job within the week and she came back to do the job shortly after that. Inga did a wonderful cleaning my entire house form top to bottome. I hired her for 5 hours. I have been using Muffetta every since. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get the same person to clean due to their availability. I had gotten used to Inga and was never able to use her again because she's never available. I would recommend muffetta to everyone because they are reliable, punctual, professional, and the workers do a great job.

From the first phone call Troy was extremely attentive. He asked a lot of specific questions about what I needed and gave me a complete list of what was available to me. He scheduled two cleaners to come out right away. He also called the morning they were arriving and let me know they would be just a few minutes late due to traffic and called again halfway through the day to check on their progress and called again the next day to make sure I was satisfied. The customer service is amazing.That is only the beginning. The women who came out, Julissa and Nardia are beyond wonderful. Not only are they thorough and professional they are very sweet as well. Anything I asked of them they were happy to do. They are very self directed and worked the entire nine hours. No stone was left unturned. Windows were sparkling, corners and baseboards were all wiped down, floors were shiny, bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new. I have been cleaning my home myself for the past few months and though I am fussy about cleaning, the ladies cleaned places I hadn't even seen. I was so pleased with them that I booked weekly service.I would highly recommend Muffetta's. Thank you Troy and crew!

I had been gone for several months, and my regular cleaning person became ill, so my house hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Muffetta's came and did a very thorough cleaning, moving furniture, cleaning baseboards etc. They were professional, and energetic. They missed a couple of things, but given the scope of the job, they were minor, and I'm not too concerned about it. I plan to have them back out on a regular basis. I haven't used other services, and I can't compare prices. I feel like I got a good value.

I would usually do things around my home myself however, after my accident things around the home have fallen a bit to the wayside and finding Muffletta's Domestic Assistants was a great solution and I will use them again.

I needed a thorough housecleaning and saw the excellent grades Muffetta's Domestic Assistants received on Angie's List so I emailed them. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them. Troy, who owns the company and does the bookings, was able to send someone the day after I contacted them. He made it easy - we communicated by email, cell phone and text!. The next morning Nardia showed up. She was a delightful, intelligent young woman with a lot of energy. She thoroughly cleaned each room and my house sparkled. Troy followed up to find out how things went which was appreciated. One of the things I liked about this company was that it was clear from dealing with both Troy and Nardia that the company respects the people who work for them and treats them well. That is important to me. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Everything was done very well and beyond my expectations. They were very fast and went out of their way to be helpful. Not only are they professional and thorough, they are nice people! I highly recommend them!

The lady who came was very good, but I couldn’t afford her more than one time. The price was about $300 for a few hours. It was somewhere between $40 and $60 an hour, but I don’t quite remember the price. She gave me ideas on how to keep my home organized. Someone had referred Angie’s List and I read the reviews on Muffetta's. The reviews were good; so I decided to use them. They are excellent and they hire people who really know what to do. I would definitely use them in the future.

They did not do what I needed to be done as a combination of hauling to a recycling center and a cleaning company. They were very honest in telling me that they may not be able to take the garbage to a recycling center.

I gave a day's (8 hours) worth of cleaning services to my daughter for her birthday. Nadia arrived at 8:15 AM and worked steadily until 9:15 PM (I agreed to the extra hours, given how dirty my daughter's apartment was). She did a spectacular job, the apartment sparkles and as a result my daughter is going to contract for a regular monthly cleaning.

My significant other spoke with Troy over the phone and set up the appointment. She was very pleased with Troy's politeness and professionalism. The housekeeper, Kay, arrived just a few minutes after the appointment time, and that is understandable, as my neighborhood can be rather confusing if you haven't been there before. Kay was very pleasant, and very thorough, and I will gladly request her services again when needed. The rooms she cleaned had been neglected for too long, and she had a lot of work to do. Kay worked for six hours, barely pausing for a drink of water a couple of times, and she did a terrific job.

I spoke with Tony. He was very nice and informative and said they are bonded and insured. He advised that they only hire workers that do a good job and are thorough. They seemed like that would do a good job, but that they might be a bit more costly. They would did not bring their own cleaning supplies and I would have to provide them. They will also charge a $50 service charge to provide service on Sunday's. The first visit would have been $35 hourly and any visits after that would have been $30 hourly. I ended up hiring another company instead.

I found the rate very costly and not worth the price. If they quote for a job they need to establish the work and distinguish the difference in rates. I would not recommend them. I found the woman who performed the service to be excellent and she did a great job. I was just very disappointed with the price.

I called Muffetta's to inquire about their services and my call was immediately returned by Troy. He is a very nice guy with excellent customer service skills. He informed me of the (4) hour minimum and their rates (approximately $34 per hour). He took detailed notes on what I wanted done and made sure that he communicated theses instructions to the person assigned to clean my condo. Kora showed up EXACTLY on time on a Saturday morning and was very pleasant. I walked her through the space to show her where the cleaning supplies were located and what I needed done. Since this was our first experience with Muffetta's and with Kora, I wanted to be home during this visit, so I worked in my home office while she cleaned. She stayed for approximately 5 hours and did a pretty good job. The following Monday, Troy called to follow up to see how things went and if I was happy with their service. I explained that there were a few things that Kora missed (one thing was because I forgot to mention it and the other thing was just an oversight on her part). He once again took detailed notes and made sure to include them in the instructions for future visits. It's important to note that Mufetta's does not charge you until they have had a conversation with you about the services performed and to see if you were happy. I liked this process very much and will definately use them again! Troy is a pleasure to work with, Muffetta's seems to take very good care of their employees (which is a good things because it means that they will not have rapid turn-over in their staff) and they are very, very consciencious about customer service and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend this company!

They did an excellent job. They were very thorough. It doesn’t even look like the same garage anymore. They worked nonstop. They were very professional. They were very helpful; they didn’t cause any problem. Some people come to help you and become pain in the neck; they run in and out of the house in foolishness. That wasn’t the case with them. They were very polite and very nice. Their price was very good. They respond when you call them. I would advice everyone to call them. They got lost and it took them a while to reach here but they did the work. They were really excellent. I would use them in the future.

For the handyman and first use of the organizational service, the crew arrived on time and went right to work. No cell phone talking while on the clock. He was completing tasks while I was out running errands. I was actually out of the home most of the time they were there. The organizer they provided was wonderful! We moved out a banquet table, two metal filing cabinets, and almost everything out of the office. She helped me reorganize the shelving in the office. She was also very careful about ensuring I could access the items I use regularly. She removed all of the things I didn?t want and donated them for me. She only took one 20 minute break to eat, despite being here a majority of the day. She was just amazing and incredibly thorough. She even cleaned things like baseboards and other flat surfaces as she went. The housecleaner sent out, Brigitte, was just amazing! There are no words that express how this woman cleans! She was incredibly thorough. The entire house had a glow when she left! Literally every surface was shining. From walls and ceilings, to the bathroom vent, to the tops of the door jams, to the floors, cabinets, window sills, appliances, even that area between the stove and your counter was left pristine. She also took donations as we went. There was nothing left that wasn?t cleaned by her. This was before I had AC, so she worked this diligently in the heat. They used green cleaning products that smelled wonderful without being overbearing. The owner of the company actually makes the products herself. When the organizer came for the third visit, I needed an extra set of hands. It was the last day of my remodeling project. I called and asked if they had someone available for today and they were able to accommodate my request. Dion was here within an hour! She came equipped with the same eco friendly products and wiped everything down. She took over 300 DVD?s and CD?s and removed them all from the packaging, and put them into a storage container. She was very detail oriented! She also removed the donated items so I didn?t have to myself. She helped me clean out my linen closet and install new shelving. Dion also ironed every single window panel in the home; 15 in total at 96? a piece. She also helped me to unpack my artwork and also unpacked my new dishes, washed them all, and helped me put them away. She also cleaned out under the cabinets in the kitchen, as well as under the sink in the bathroom and helped me to organize my beauty products. Dion was here for about 4 hours and was absolutely great from start to finish. Everyone from the scheduler, Troy, on down, was wonderful. He even provided me his cell and all additional contact information to ensure I could reach them. There is no doubt in my mind that I?ll continue to work with this company without reservation.
