Our assistant, "N", arrived promptly and got right to work. She was at our house 5 hours and worked steadily and cheerfully. She was pleasant, professional, a hard worker, and thorough. Troy was able to get an appointment for us on quite short notice, which we appreciated. She took initiative and cleaned the requested areas well, and also was responsive to our requests. We have used this service again, only very occasionally, but would definitely use again.

Muffetta's staff does a wonderful job of maintaining my father's home with a bi-weekly cleaning service that includes doing a small bit of laundry and maintaining a clean kitchen. My father, like many elderly persons, does not easily recognize when the house needs cleaning, and does not want his house disturbed. I believe that Muffetta's assigned a perfect match to help maintain a safe and clean house for my father, and recognize that he can't have his house turned up-side-down. I also find Muffetta's management staff outstanding. Their communication and responsiveness are refreshing in this age of cheaper and cheaper.

We were extremely pleased with the crew. They were prompt, courteous, professional, efficient and critical to a smooth transition into our new home.

The business owner was very helpful in finding suitable personnel to assist me, even with an immediate, last minute need. I would definitely recommend this company for housekeeping services.

Joan and Patricia worked tirelessly and cleaned the house from top to bottom! They didn't leave any dust untouched, and they didn't even take lunch to ensure that they completed the job!

Lee arrived a little before the scheduled time and brought her own cleaning utensils (except vacuum, mob, and bucket). She worked systematically room by room, alternating between wet and dry areas, at a steady pace and with virtually no break. What impresses me most is that she doesn't have to think twice, how to attack each item, be it shelves, stove, sofa, tub, etc. She is extremely efficient without skipping over anything. Every room that she is through with will pass the mother-in-law test (top of picture frames, top of fan blades, under the sofa, etc.). This is the second time in about six months that we had her giving our house a thorough clean-up and she was able to reduce her time from 8 to 6 hours. She gets things done faster than we could have done it and although I checked the 'B' box for Price above, I believe that it was/is worth every penny.

We were having a new kitchen installed which included the tearing down and replacing of a ceiling. The demolition of the ceiling made a huge mess especially in the pantry which we did not expect. Mufetta's took everything out of the pantry and cleaned not only every shelf but every item on each shelf, the walls in the kitchen were vacuumed and then washed, even the two small brick walls in the kitchen were washed down. The bathroom tiles, the floors, the woodwork everything was clean and sparkling. She cleaned places I would never have thought of. Overall and excellent job, I would use them again and refer to my family and friends.

Troy got back to me instantly and could not have been more courteous and professional. Cleaning crew was prompt and efficient.

I had my 2 bedroom, den, 2 bath apartment cleaned by two women employees of Muffetta, Joan and Kora. The professionalism and friendliness started at the moment of contact with Troy, who suggested that for my needs two people for 5 hours would be best. I was very impressed with the thorough and professional job they did. I had never had someone clean my apartment who asked for a ladder, and that was because they wanted to be able to dust around ceilings They did a beautiful job on entiire apartment, but as I had requested, paid particular attention to kitchen and bathrooms, especially the shower bath connected to master bedroom, which had really dirty and badly neglected tiles. They did inside windows, floors (mostly carpet), but Joan cleaned and shined my wood floor in den in a different but very effective way that had never been done before. I am not easily pleased when it comes to cleaning, as I do know how to clean myself, but they were spot on. Of course, Muffetta is expensive, and that is my one concern, but I will suck up the cost if the work is quality and done to my satisfaction, which in this case it was. As a matter of fact, I am now speaking to Troy about the possibility of having Joan clean on a bi-weekly basis for me. I highly recommend Muffetta.

My fiance and I used Muffetta's, last year, when we moved from our apartment into our new condo. They did such an amazing job that when we finally chose to hire an ongoing cleaning service, there was no doubt we'd call them back. We requested the same woman who cleaned our apartment last year and she was able to accommodate. This week, she came and did the first clean. Our condo was so clean and beautiful - the stress that my fiance and I usually feel after work was just gone that evening. It's been easy to keep it up while we wait for her next visit. I can't say it enough - this company is, hands down, the best domestic cleaning service I've found to date. They are detailed and focused. Yes - they will quote long hours; while most services may tell you it will take 2-4 hours, Muffetta's gave us a quote of 5-6 for a 2bdrm, 2 bath. Don't let this surprise you. Most services quoting only 2-4 hours will only clean surfaces. Muffetta's will get the corners, the blinds - Joan even did the few dishes that were left in my sink from our morning coffee. I've never experienced such detailed cleaning from a service - trust me - if you are a working family with little time to spend with the family - this service is WORTH EVERY PENNY. It was fine. First time I used a cleaning service. Troy was extremely pleasant and professional, even when I cancelled the first appointment to have renovations done before the house cleaning. Renos took 3 weeks to complete, so i felt a bit obligated that i owed him the job. But he is incredibly nice, friendly and professional. 2 women arrived on time to complete the job. No hidden fees. The hourly rate remained as quoted, although the job took about 90 minutes longer than originally estimated (all in about 9.5 hrs). Kitchen was grimier than expected, with lots of build up on and in cabinets - the women paid a lot of attention to ensuring they could remove as much of the build up as possible. I appreciated that. Unfortunately because the job ran long and we all realized that we wanted to sort of wrap things up.

The two women were friendly and hardworking. They worked quickly and were very detailed in their cleaning. Aside from thoroughly completing the usual housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, etc), the women also cleaned all the baseboards and wainscoting and washing the interior windows. The manager, Troy, was upfront about the cost and provided a good estimate on the time it would take for the cleaning. The women arrived slightly before their scheduled time and were ready to work immediately. I was very happy with the work-ethic of the women, and I am using the agency for ongoing cleaning service.

Because it's a corporate apartment, we don't have a set schedule for cleaning services, and Muffetta's has been extremely responsive to our requests and willing and able to meet our last-minute needs when guests have come to town on short notice. We could not be more pleased with their services and would recommend Muffetta's to any homeowners without hesitation.

We were moving from NY to FL, and needed the house thoroughly cleaned top to bottom - refrigerator, cabinets, blinds - all wood floors. It had to be done after we left NY, so I wouldn't be able to do any personal quality control or inspection after the work was done, which made me nervous. Sooooo, I searched Angie's List, and Muffetta's Domestic Assistants seemed like they might be what I needed. I called and "Troy" promptly called me back. I can't say enough about Troy - professional, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable - very personable - I felt comfortable immediately. He assured me the cleaners would do everything that needed to be done. Over the next few weeks, he called, emailed, sent reminders, even called me from out of the country while on vacation after the job was done. Since we weren't going to be there, the cleaners were to call and return keys to the landlord/builder/realtor when they were done, who would then inspect the work. Well, there were no surprises - everything went just as planned. The price Troy originally quoted was the price on the invoice. The landlord was pleased with the results, we got back all of our deposit - I DEFINITELY made the right choice!

I live offsite in another city from where cleaning services were rendered and therefore wasnt able to validate punctuality and quality of cleaning job, however the new tenant didnt complain about uncleansliness after he moved in.

Fabulous! From the first phone call to when the ladies finished the service I was extremely pleased. Would definitely retain their services again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Overall, we've had very good experiences with Muffetta's. Initially they did an outstanding job on a basement of our house, which is old and had been neglected. The staff was efficient and generally effective. The price seems a bit steep, but they say they are bonded and insured. The only negative was some lateness. Also, the staff was sick one day and no offer to replace the person for that day was made.

My experience was wonderful, from my first fact-finding call with Troy, through the afternoon when Kaye came to help out in my home. It didn't even matter that Kaye lost her way in our challenging-to-navigate neighborhood and arrived a bit late; she apologized profusely and got right down to business. By the time our guests arrived, she had all of the arrangements set. Throughout our party, she was the perfect balance of always-present without ever hovering or feeling intrusive. Many of my guests commented to me how pleasant and accommodating she was. For me, she provided exactly the support I had in mind: I spent the afternoon talking to and relaxing with my guests, rather than fussing with the food, picking up plates and worrying that I couldn't hear the doorbell or phone whenever I was outside. I will hire Muffetta's for party support again without hesitation.

I called several Angie's list providers that were rated an "A" and the ones that had the most reviews. Troy, at Muffetta's, got back to me first and was the most responsive. with the fastest turnaround on service. They did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough. I am very particular with who and how my house gets cleaned....I would hire them again (and will). No questions asked.

They use a nontoxic cleaning supplies. And Joan cleans anything that I put in front of her. Stove, and Refrigerator. Sweeps the front porch and back deck when Fall hits and the leaves are everywhere. And basement when it needs be. They are always able to work around my schedule and always get back to me quickly when I do need to change

They were willing to stay as long as needed, worked around plumbers, electricians who were all working the same day in a marathon effort to get my client in the next day. The "Clean Team" was courteous, politely scolded the workers not to step over they just cleaned floors (I said they could) and I had to tell them to leave as I too was exhausted !!!

Very professional in appointment setup. The cleaning person they sent was thorough and pleasant. I would call them again.
