GOOD LOOK LANDSCAPING

If I could rate this business less than 1 star, I would. Michael comes to visit in August to assess brown lawn spots. Treats in October; re-seeds lawn. Offered to return to revisit bare spots but NEVER did. Promised to send lawn care proposal (NEVER DID) Said he would return in Nov/Dec but gave lame excuses (too busy cleaning leaves; really??) After multiple phone calls and "empty promises" via texts I left this for Spring. Revisited again a few weeks ago as I paid him $2300 for services that were never fully completed. Lawn has bare spots still!! Three phone calls and multiple texts later, he's juvenile in his approach to his business. Doesn't return phone calls and sent 3 texts as to when he might call back--- but never does. STAY AWAY--textbook case study in horrible business practices.

I phoned Good Look Landscaping looking to have the following work done. Grass Cut Yard Cleanup Bushes Trimmed Grounds edged The work was urgently needed since I had been hospitalized out of town for most of the summer. Michael, the owner, came by the property and did an estimate and claimed the work could be done in a single visit. They did none of these things. They made an attempt to clean up the leaves. But, even though they claim to have been in business 50 years, failed to properly detect my property lines and left an entire section of the yard undone. In addition: 1) They did not mow the lawn as they had agreed 2) They did not edge the patio and walkways as they had agreed 3) They left a bunch of debris in the front yard, claiming that their equipment could not cart away branches (really? Other landscapers don't seem to have a problem with that) 4) They did not trim the shrubs as they had agreed 5) They left a large limb in the back yard 6) And, most horribly, they disrespected my property. They knocked down my lawn chairs and bags of peat moss and didn't even bother to pick it up. I guess they've never heard of leaving places better off than w Keep in mind, Michael claimed to be able to do all of the above work. THEY'VE HAD SOME CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP, BUT THESE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY'VE BEEN CONSISTENT IN THEIR JOB. THEY COME EVERY WEEK NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD.
