Duct Dusters

We called this company after having them do our ducts approximately 10 years prior. No issues. We were told the job could take about 4hrs. The techs arrived 1 hour earlier then they were supposed to. They were here for just over 1 hour with 15 ducts in our home. 3 being returns. We were quoted a price of $550 and they threw in a “free dryer” duct cleaning. The technician informed us when done that if we paid him $300 cash they would tell the company that we were not home and that they’d move on to the next job. Not liking the way that sounded we told the tech no we’d pay the amount quoted which was $550 including “free“ dryer vent cleaning promised us when we signed up for the vent cleaning. The dryer cleaning consisted of them blowing the air from the outside. The duct was never disconnected and cleaned. When we called the company after the techs left the woman on the phone said “you mean they’re done already”? We explained what happened and she said someone would call back. A different woman called back and demanded payment. When we expressed extreme discontent with the work the company had the owner call. He was rude said he’d have his lawyer come after us for payment. Well we paid with credit card payment honestly I doubt a lawyer would be worth his hassle however we don’t need be annoyed further ourselves. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company EVER. At the very least they have thieves working for them who are stealing them blind. I don’t believe our ducts were cleaned correctly and my hope is that we get our dryer duct cleaned out properly so that there is no fire since they simply blew the the lint back toward the dryer. BUYER BEWARE

Felix and Kelvin were thorough - they cleaned the ducts and they cleaned up after themselves. They left here about 10 minutes ago and there is no cleanup that I need to do following their work. I will be using Duct Dusters again - this was not the first time I have used their services and they are always reliable and service is given with a smile.

Went well! The dryer vent was essentially impossible to access from outside but they figured out how the previous owner of my house had set it up (through an access panel in the ceiling).

They were able to fit me in same day and came in the window they provided. Work was completed efficiently.

This service went very well. They took everything down, cleaned them well, excellent job. Also, I was very impressed that they came at 6:00 am because I needed them to come when customers were not here. They were done by 8:30 a.m. They carefully covered all of the desks and cleaned up so that everything was spotless.

Turned out it was already clean.

Service was really good. Unfortuately they knocked loose a drainage pipe of the wash machine, so when we turned on our washmachine the basement was 'flooded'. We called them and the next day they came and cleaned up, ver professional service. They also connected the drainage pipe again. All is fine now.

They came out and did the work but the next day I checked the filters and it was filthy so I called them and they came right out that afternoon to fix it. I can understand if something goes wrong but it’s the response of how they fix it and they were excellent and took care of the problem right away! I would definitely use them again!

Frank came to the house looked at the system and gave me price proposal. They came the next day and performed the service. The guys that did the work were friendly, explained the process and did it all in about 3 hours with 15 registers needing cleaning. Very through even put on plastic booties whenever they came up from the basement. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

An appointment was made with the office for an estimate. Mr. Frank Troetti, owner arrived promptly to provide an estimate for air duct cleaning. The dryer vent was done free of charge. Mr. Troetti explained the procedure for cleaning air ducts and scheduled an appointment. A two men crew arrived on time. The technicians were well trained, courteous and professional. They shared their system for cleaning the ducts. They were extremely organized and tidy. Our home was left clean when the job was completed. We were shocked regarding the amount of dirt obtained from the ducts. The entire job took approximately five hours. The price was reasonable for the number of air ducts cleaned. We would definitely use them again. We strongly recommend Duct Dusters for consumers who are seeking quality air duct services. The company was obtained from Angie's List.

These guys were great. They were reasonably priced. They came on time. They were nice guys. And when my HVAC system didn't turn back on, the owner came to the house and fixed the switch even though it wasn't their fault.

Very happy with Duct Dusters - they were on time, polite and professional (and friendly and funny). Went straight to work cleaning out vents that probably hadn't been cleaned in 20+ years. Not only did they educate us a little about our system, they were diligent about cleaning up after themselves. We will definitely call on them again.

You have to pay $125 extra for the camera (which I didn't do) so there's no way for me to know how clean the ducts got. The guys were professional. I had about 22 vents including returns. They forgot to plug up some of the holes they made so they had to come back. I would try one of the cheaper services next time.

Originally I just wanted a video camera "survey" of several ducts so I could see if something was blocking the duct or impinging on a damper where the access was hidden by a newly erected wall. The serviceman was able to find and clear the closed dampers by forcing a special tube through the open register. The air strength is now perfect. (And there was no need for the video.) The two servicemen stayed to thoroughly clean the exposed register areas, etc. They were courteous and professional. The charge was essentially the minimum for one hour's work. I would have paid double!
