Dr. Pavers customer service and attention to detail is second to none. The team is knowledgeable in their craft, professional in their approach, and always keeps the customer in mind. Dr. Pavers is on my list for any future masonry work.

They worked with our schedule and completed the work while we were on vacation. The driveway looks good.

While there were a few hiccups in scheduling the service between the Fall of 2016 and Spring of 2017, we ended up having the work done in April 2017 and they conducted themselves professionally, arriving on time, setting up cones and markers to warn pedestrians on the city sidewalks not to walk on the wet sealcoating, arriving promptly and working through the job on schedule and leaving the site neat and clean afterwards. Overall, aside from the miscommunications early on, the experience was great and I would definitely use them again.

Dr. Pavers did an excellent job. They showed up on time and ready to do the work. The job took the expected amount of time that they predicted.It looks like a brand new driveway. I would definitely hire them again.

Used the Angie's List special to patch and seal my driveway which is nearing the end of its life. They didn't try to upsell me for a paving job, and were honest about the condition and expectations. Did such a fantastic job I'll definitely consider this company to replace the driveway in a couple of years.

Of the three contractors we contacted, only Dr Pavers did not try to inflate the repair work. DP did the work well and in a timely manner.

After our original contractor effectively walked out on us after starting the work and taking our money, Roberto, Silvio and crew were lifesavers. From scoping out the work to completing the services, Dr. Pavers was punctual, attentive to details, transparent, and would make sure to reconfirm anything when unclear. All services were provided as expected and conducted in a professional and skilled manner led by Silvio. Also, although under no obligation to do so, Roberto and Silvio also took extra measures to complete the work in a way that would not upset a neighbor who was concerned about work being done near a shared property line. Roberto and his staff have also continued to field some follow-up questions in a very prompt and thorough manner, well after the job has been completed. Needless to say, I would hire Dr. Pavers again and again if I had to and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking contracting services.

This company was very professional from starting the project to completing the project. It came out very nice and I was satisfied with the work. They removed the driveway and walkway and repaved it and it looks amazing. They also restucco my basement steps

Our land is rocky and unlevel. They did a great job. Very professional. Came out great.

After receiving multiple estimates, Dr. Pavers provided the most reasonable for my front step/walkway project and backyard patio. The y gave me a deal for doing the project together during the same week. Overall, both took 8 days front start to finish, which included leveling out part of the backyard and demolishing the pre-existing steps. We use Bluestone for the steps and walkway and I'm at Cambridge pavers for the back. It totalled $10,700 for both (back patio was approximately 525 sq. Ft). The me were courteous and friendly. My only complaint is that there was what I consider a large space surrounding each project where we now need to reseed with grass seeds because of the turned over soil, etc. Not sure if this would be the case with any company but it was an expense I didn't plan to have to encumber beforehand. Also, there was a mix up on the office at one point and the person scheduling never put it the appointment we scheduled via email so I waited a half hour one day before contacting them, and they said there was never an agreed upon time. Once I forwarded them the email with multiple confirmations, they apologized and rescheduled. That was the only negative about the experience.

Horribly. Owner showed up and after I bought a Groupon, quoted 4 days (8 man-days to replace 4 bluestone (approx 2 x 2) and then level the existing stones. What a rip off. Be careful buying anything from them on Groupon.

they did an amazing job. it is beautiful!! they were very friendly and professional and very hard-working. they did the job relatively quickly and cleaned up very thoroughly.

He will probably be doing work for us in the next several weeks. So far I haven't had much experience with him other than meeting with him for the quote but I was very satisfied so far. I don't know on how the price stands up yet.

Job was done very well. Workers went beyond what they were hired to do, offered some useful suggestions, and did some small extras at no cost (replanting a few bushes, spreading the unused soil around our garden). Everything was done in time, professionally, with great communication, and a smile. The site was thoroughly cleaned after work was done. Highly recommend!
