Our Office Department tried several times contacting with your party, by several calls and also e-mail, suggesting dates and times for your appt. But we have got no response until the current date. Note: All appts are ONLY confirmed and honored upon the customer positive response. In fact we kept a note in our agenda for an appt. suggested for a Saturday, and our Representative contacted you on the time suggested date trying to get any confirmation from your party, but had no response again. We appreciate you as our customer and understand that in a Project ,several companies can be contacted for giving you a quote, that is the reason we would like you to reconsider your statement dear customer and verify that what we state here is true, A MISUNDERSTADING MUST HAVE HAPPENED with companies names, or so. Also, our records show another e-mail sent in fact yesterday , trying another contact. We would like to ensure you that you are valued and we appreciate you as our customer.
