Roberto and his team did a great job. Came back fast if I had any issues. Will definitely be using them again.

Roberto and his workers were professional, punctual and hardworking. Ben, his foreman, was particularly knowledgeable and helpful; ready to provide great ideas and solutions. It was easy to reach Roberto, who quickly responded to phone calls. Roberto stated that he provides a variety of services and I will gladly hire his company for my next house project.

I do design and construction for a living and tee up subs and contractors all the time. He was wholly unprofessional and can mess up your job before it even starts. Roberto wasted weeks on an agreed scope before ultimately dropping out of the job a week before it started, saying he "was sick and wouldn't be able to do the job". I believe he thought the job started that day (even worse). Since we are close to the frost and this work has to happen before our adjacent planned deck work by others (which he knew about), he's put me in a really bad position. He provided a quote and on the phone we re-reviewed some points that he forgot to put on the quote but said were included. He said he would update it and resend but, never did despite many firm dates he gave by which he would do this. Ultimately I offered to make the changes and send for his and my signature since he was "so busy". I did that and was luckily waiting to put the check in the mail until. He stopped answering texts, emails or phone calls and ghosted me for 4 days before sending this text that he was dropping the job.

While the work seemed to go well. He and his team were contracted in 2016 and during the winter, the sidewalk started to crack and peel. He seemed responsive and indicated that he received a poor quality of concrete, he promised to fix the problem. He initially covered the peeled concrete with a compound he guaranteed would work. However, it also cracked and peeled. After calling him several times, he has continuously indicated he would return in two weeks to fix the work. Later he stopped calling and would show up without calling with the same statement, he will be back in two weeks. Here we are in Fall of 2018 and still our sidewalk is peeling and cracked, and in worse conditions than it was before the job was requested. I recently received a text from someone representing the company indicating that I had some options, but at this point I just want my money back, I have not received a reply nor have they come to repair the work. This is my third project with Roberto and Doctor Pavers. They repaired a basement foundation leak by digging outside of the foundation, applying a waterproof membrane, repaved and painted the broken stucco. They also cemented other areas where water can come in. The repair worked perfectly and our basement is now completely dry after several rain storms. I've referred Roberto to other families around the area and they've said his team was the best contractor they've worked with. Roberto and team continues to impress me with their high quality work standards and responsiveness. I highly recommend Doctor Pavers for all projects they are able to provide in Westchester county and will not hesitate to work with them again.

Excellent experience. I called Dr. Pavers and left a message. Roberto called back within the hour and we set an appointment for the next day. He provided a written job estimate that was significantly less than another mason. We agreed to proceed and his team started the job a few days later. The team was lead by Ben working with Marino. The job entailed removing selected flagstone steps, providing a new concrete base, resetting the stones, and grouting the entire flagstone area. Ben made suggestions for improvement and issues were found along the way that were easily resolved. They project took two days and looks terrific. Roberto frequently checked on progress and Ben is meticulous with the work being performed. All three were easy to work with. I am very picky about contractors and work performed so it's a pleasure a company you would hire again. Great job!

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Roberto and his crew. When Roberto presented us with his quotation, his price was very reasonable, he even emailed his insurance information. They showed up on time, finished the project on time, and left the work area clean. Roberto also explained to me and my husband what exactly they are going to do. I contracted this company to build a retainer wall and repair a small section of pavers. They did a great job! Rob was professional, courteous, and timely. His team cleaned up after each day and were very friendly. I highly recommend.

All went very well throughout. As soon I called Roberto, he came to my place, checked the work to be done, and provided options to choose from. Further, of all contractors I dealt with in the past, Alberto is the only one who came back to my place (after the work was performed), checked on the quality of work of his crew, and asked them to fix anything that needs to be. The project was the second one carried out by Dr. Pavers and all were performed with extraordinary professionalism. I plan to use him for any masonry work that I will be doing in the future.

We contacted Dr. Pavers for work on our front steps, front walkway, and to create a back patio. Roberto was professional and courteous through out the estimate. He worked with us to develop a plan that met the needs we were looking for within out budget. His team was professional and hardworking. They showed up on time and put in full days work delivering a beautiful project within out budget. They noticed some issues with the pitch of the driveway to the new patio and created the solution to avoid any pooling of water issues. They are extremely knowledgeable in the work they do. The finished project is beautiful and exceeds our expectation. I highly recommended Roberto and his entire team at Dr. Pavers without reservation. I will be contacting them again for future projects that I need.

Dr. Pavers was absolutely fantastic. Roberto was highly professional with a quick response time in delivering a quote for us that was extremely fair. He was very responsive to questions and concerns we had, and was able to put together a project within our price range. Carlos and his team came to our house and had the work done within 2.5 days and left our backyard cleaner than it was before with a beautiful patio installed. The process could not have gone any smoother and Carlos and his team were extremely professional, positive and helpful. They did excellent work and we couldn't be happier with our patio. They are an outstanding choice and we will absolutely think of them in the future for additional work.

Following a thorough bidding process, I selected Dr.Pavers to build a bluestone staircase into a retaining wall on my property. Their bid was very reasonably priced and they had a wealth of positive reviews on the typical review sites. I'm happy to report that the finished product confirms that I'd made the right choice with Dr. Pavers. I'm particularly impressed with Dr. Pavers' performance because: 1) The staircase is even more beautiful than I had envisioned (and I'm a detailed guy). It's apparent, from the materials they chose and the labor the team performed, that I'd entrusted my project with seasoned professionals. 2) I live in White Plains, which is a city with strict code enforcement by the DOB. Dr. Pavers was quick to supply me with all required paperwork, comply diligently (and frequently) with the DOB inspections, and adapt the scope of work when an amended work plan was required. 3) Robert, the owner of Dr. Pavers, was in consistent communication with me throughout the project. I've had bad experiences with other contractors before, where they would take days (sometimes even weeks) to respond to my questions. Not here! All in all, I had a great experience working with Dr. Pavers and I would not hesitate to hire them again for future masonry work.

It went very well. The estimator arrived on time. He was very helpful, explained different options, took the time to fully under understand the scope of the job. The written estimate with 2 options was provided the following day. This estimate was one third the cost of another top rated Angie's list provider and much less than another estimate I received. I needed the work done quickly, it was done within 3 days of my signing the contract and providing the down payment. They were responsive and communicative by phone and email. I would definitely use this contractor again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The project went better than expected. The workers showed up on time, cleaned up every day after the work was done, and completed the job beautifully. I will be using their services again in the future.
