The cement patch was nicely and evenly applied and some dye was added to minimize the color clash with blacktop. The basement hydrolic cement application works and it was applied to the wall in a manner one would be hard pressed to notice that it was there. Roberto Mendonca and his assistant were most pleasant and projected a professionalism that inspired confidence that they would do excellent work.

The crew arrived as scheduled and finished the job in 2 days all work was done as promised and they cleaned up when finished. I plan to use them in the future.

It went great every step of the way. They responded quickly to our initial call. Roberto was warm and professional and thorough. Once we committed to the job, they had a two-man crew here within two weeks (summer - the busy season). Rene and Harrison worked diligently until the job was done - even working in the rain.

Did an excellent job in a timely way, despite a lot of rainy days. Very professional, arriving on time and when they said they would, and doing an expert job. They really know their business, and offered good advice when I was unsure what needed to be done. Very clear about what they were going to do and how much it would cost. They also fixed a few things I hadn't noticed (thank you!) and left the job site clean and in good order. The crew was pleasant, friendly, hard-working, and wonderfully competent. I highly recommend them.

Everything was great from the beginning to end. Roberto was the only vendor who actually listened to what we wanted instead of telling us what we should do. The front walk/steps were a mess. The concrete steps were falling down and too shallow to climb comfortably, the landing was cracked through and the brick steps were leftover from who knows what and matched nothing. Roberto replaced the steps with wider ones so they are more comfortable to walk down. He removed the whole mess including an extra thick concrete pad. He dug out about 4' and installed a new retaining wall. He removed the blacktop walkway to our landing and replaced with pavers. The whole thing is edged with Belgium blocks. They were on time, they worked hard even when it hit 90 degrees out. They were beyond polite to my wife. They cleaned up every day. Even when there were unforeseen issues, they went above and beyond to fix. We have had a fair amount of work done to our house in the last year and he was the best contractor experience so far. We got other prices for the work but either they were astronomically expensive, or they didn't want to do what we wanted or just never showed up. Even when we hired someone else, they did not keep us informed as to scheduling delays (which I totally understand) and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.. Roberto kept in constant contact and answered every one of my inane questions leading up to the work. The end result was better than we were expected. We would hire him to do any other masonry work around our house without hesitation or even getting other quotes we are so happy. I could go on and on about how our family is raving about our new walk and how happy we are .

The process was smooth they worked efficiently and my steps looked great .so great my husband had them also do our retaining wall they removed all the rotten wood and replaced it with paving stones and skate to match our front steps. We are so happy with the job and every time I have a chance I recommended them in fact they just did another great job for a family member

My experience was very good. The work they did was fabulous. They came when they were suppose to do.

Fantastic. He took my steps apart and made them like new. I expected the stone to be simply reattached and now they really look great. Some recent electrical work near the steps left some gapping holes in the top of our stone wall. He added stone in the area, filled it in, reattached some stone which had come loose and the whole area went from falling apart to amazing. He really cares about the outcome, worked hard and was very responsive in our communication. I plan to use him again.

We were getting quotes for work under our deck. The owner responded to my calls, showed up on time, answered all emails and was professional and courteous. The quote came in at a reasonable rate. We ended up using another company only because of a personal referral, but, had that not happened I would have definitely used this company. You can tell they are on top of their game.

The Doctor Pavers Team was easy to work with. They willingly answered any questions and were friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and their workmanship was outstanding. The project cleanup was thorough. I highly recommend them and will use again.

Probably the best contractor experience we have had! Rennan, Roberto and the team were professional and responsive, got the job done efficiently, and delivered an impressive final product. Our questions were answered quickly, adjustments to the project were discussed and made with zero fuss, and they went the extra mile to stay on schedule despite mother nature getting in the way. Other projects at our house are definitely in Dr. Pavers' future.

Roberto came to the house a week before the job was done and we went over the job. Roberto was punctual, respectful, and very professional. I had a quote from him that same night. A couple of days later I emailed him and asked him to do the job. He stopped by to review the work again and went over the details. The work was going to take 3 days. Roberto and another member of Doctor Pavers were ontime every day and completed all the tasks on time. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. They really earned an "A" rating for this job.

Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Communication was very good. Roberto came over exactly on time. He listened carefully to project. Within a few days I had a proposal in my mailbox. Great. Very professional and excellent communication. Will be using them for a future project. Punctual and on time for the proposal.

I cannot speak more highly of Doctors Pavers! Roberto provided me with a great price and his attention to detail was great. Not only did he do the tile work in my bathroom but also any other small fix its and installs that I needed. He is extremely friendly and accommodating and will do anything to make the customer happy. I would recommend Roberto to anyone and everyone, his work is great, price is great and he makes the frustrations of renovation disappear!

They did a really nice job. They were also prompt and accomodating. Very nice individuals.

All work was done on time and matched the estimate. Bathroom looks new, and everything was cleaned up before leaving. This is the second bathroom they updated, and I'm very satisfied with the work.

Juliano was excellent. He came out for an estimate the next day after i emailed him. It was the middle of February so the work could not be done immediately but he fit us in for the first stretch of weather warm enough to mix the concrete and replace the steps. The workmanship, quality and professionalism of him and his team can't be beat... He even came back several weeks later to reseal and powerwash the entire front porch. Highly Recommend.

I had 3 proposals for this job. Doctor Pavers had the best price and I was very happy with the reviews others had provided on Angie's List for me to be comfortable moving forward with them. I rarely rate excellent across the board for anything but I have to say it was a job very well handled from estimate to completion. They showed up on time and spoke to me about where they could stock the materials since they did not want to harm my lawn with placing it there (which I thought was very condierate of the homowner). They ripped up the entire old walkway in one day then layed down the new walk way in 2 1/2 days. The base of my stoop was eroded more than one could tell from the surface so the reconstruction of that took more time, which he had informed me from the time of the proposal could be the case (this did not incurr me any extra cost). I was traveling during their time doing the job and had someone else keep in touch with them for certain questions I had as the work went forward. They were very responsive in communicating with my friend which left me at ease for when I returned to the finished product. I am very happy with the end result, it looks really sharp against the front of my house which is an English Tudor. I am now having them look at some other stone work I have on my house for repair.

Job was not a quality masonry job. The steps are already falling apart. Also, they left the job unfinished and said that they would call me-they never did!

The service was good. I had no problems with them. They showed up on time, did a great job and had fair pricing.

The worker showed up a few days before to scope out the work, and match colors. He showed up a few days later to work through the job, and did a very thorough job caulking around the base of the shower, and fixing caulk in other areas of the bathroom. He also worked to seal the tile in the bathroom, and a separate one. We were impressed by the thoroughness of the job, and the professionalism of Doctor Pavers and would choose them for another job.

Doctor Pavers did an excellent job; very diligent and responsive. They are skilled at their trade, and easy to work with. I found the owner to be an honorable person; good people.
