The work was done on time and the craftsmanship was very good.

Roberto arrived at the time arranged to give me an estimate of the job I required. Unlike the other two quotes, he suggested completely replacing my steps. I worried that would cost much more, but his quote came in as the middle figure, and quite close to the lowest. The crew had to postpone the original work date by 24 hours due to a bad weather forecast, but arrived right on time the next day. Ben was the crew chief and was easy to work with, answering any questions I had along the way. His workers were efficient and highly skilled. The whole job took 2 days. I was especially impressed with how every speck of old concrete was removed from my property. The new steps and slab look fantastic, and the stucco work along the side of the patio is excellent. I will not hesitate to contact Doctor Pavers in the future for any masonry work I need done.

Humberto and the team did a great job. I was very picky about the color I wanted for the walkway and they did a great job handpicking the pieces to ensure I got what I wanted. The quality of the work is very good - they made a nice design on the landing of our front door - an added touch that makes it look really good.

Initial quoting was fast and responsive. The scheduling of the work was a bit further out than I wanted, but OK given the busy season. On the day of the job I was informed they would not be able to complete the work due to other work being delayed. In the end we were able to figure out the timing and the worked performed was great.

The damage was more extensive than anticipated, but Dr Pavers adjusted; they charged a bit more (the blue stone had to replaced) but probably did more than they bargained for. There were a few minor fixes that had to made, but overall they did a good job.

They did a very good job. Flawless, actually. The owner was easy to work with, the crews were very diligent, and the workmanship was excellent. No problems.

They did a great job. It took a day and a half. They were on time, very professional and worked so hard. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

IX I THE SIDEWALK IS AS GOOD AS NEW !

These guys don't waste any time! Roberto and his crew completed the retaining wall first on a Saturday--they showed up on time, ready to work, and were very polite. They worked non-stop for six hours. The wall looks so much better and it has allowed for a bit more space in my driveway. Clean up was thorough. They returned the following Tuesday to do the backyard project--again, on time, ready to work, polite, and did a thorough job of removal and cleanup. We now have a new backyard to plant grass seed once the weather gets nicer. I would hire Roberto and his company again in an instant. They do amazing work and in a very timely manner--couldn't be happier with the outcome!

This is my second review of dr pavers. . They are amazing. . They had installed a paver walk for us last year that lifted up in a few spots because of frost heave. Roberto came over to look at it and repaired it at no charge even though it was not his fault. . He also removed and replaced a concrete pad outside our basement door which looks a million times better than before. . I will continue to use roberto for any work like this. . His prices are totally fair and the fact that he stands behind his work makes hiring him such an easy decision.

Roberto is very easy and friendly to do business with. My steps collapsed from the harsh winter. Some part of the walkway needs repair too. Roberto replied quickly to my call. He came over and provided a reasonable quote on the project. and he started on time on the project. I'm very happy with the result of the project too. Since I reused the old steps, he offered to power wash them with no extra charge. Communication has been easy with emails throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I called for an estimate and Roberto (owner) called me back right away. He arrived within an hour and I explained what I wanted to do. He came up with different options and sent a written proposal over the next day. I agreed to the price and conditions and he said he could start within a few days. After a 2 day delay (weather related), he and his crew arrived early to start what should have been a 4 day job. They worked quickly and very cleanly, and completed the job in only 3 days ! The patio is beautiful and he actually did much more work to the steps, not covered in the original contract and he didn't charge me any extra for it. I only wish he did windows & kitchens, because I would absolutely use him again if he did ! Roberto & his company are extremely easy to deal with & do what they say they will and more.

Roberto provided me with an extremely fair price and the work he did was way beyond what was initially agreed to. He went the extra mile or in this case miles and actually reset many of the stone slabs and he re-grouted way more than initially agreed to. Extremely pleased with this effort. We had some rain after the re-cementing and some of the uncured cement ended up on the blue stone. I called Roberto about this and the vey next day he and his workers completely cleaned all of this up and everything looked like new. I wholeheartedly can recomend Roberto to anyone lucky enough to be considering him for their needs.

Arrived promptly for the estimate, provided estimate promptly, once agreed, started work immediately, finished quickly, left the area clear and clean. Prior to work pointed out that my stucco had a textured pattern that he was not sure he could match, wanted me to know it might not be a perfect match, but final result looks very good, tried very hard to match the texture and came very close. I appreciated the upfront honesty and the attention to detail.

Roberto was professional, courteous, on-time and friendly. The job was done as promised and in the time frame promised. It was a pleasure working with Doctor Paver.

Provider was responsive and accommodating in setting up the appointment. He arrived precisely on time and started working immediately. He was informative throughout, explaining what he was doing in each location. The quality of the work was excellent and well worth the cost. We have used this provider before for outdoor masonry work and were equally pleased with the service on those ocasions. They are consistently responsive, punctual and extremely polite. I recommend their services very highly.

The follow-up work had been included in the original $16,325 cost of o9/10/2014. This is our second review of DOCTOR PAVERS and ROBERTO. We were glad that DOCTOR PAVERS came back to do additional work without leaving us stranded. After their work (about two months ago) on our driveway, stoop, walkway, and patio, DOCTOR PAVERS retuned to install the outside railing (delivery delay due to out~of~stock item). They added a landing block for the railing. Else, a person would have to step onto the soil to reach the railing. A few days after the initial stone work (and first review) cured, ROBERTO returned to apply sealers (two types) for the borders. Also, we followed his recommendation to seal the bluestones to minimize stains (food, salt, etc.). We had found DRY TREAT Meta-Creme and Stain Proof Original that each had fifteen(15) year durabilities. (Other brands lasted only two or three years. One brand did not stand up to sitting snow.) ROBERTO repaired an exposed corner of the house that was open to the elements and to field mice (he did not charge us). We believe the siding installers had broken through the base wood-siding while putting on the aluminum siding. Else, the original rating of EXCELLENT stands !

Went very well - although first attempted to save the wall, they regrouped well when the wall could not be saved and worked with us to revamp the job, actually with a better outcome, although slightly more expensive due to extra work. Roberto was extremely responsive and his chief, right-hand-man (Renan) was terrific

The job went extremely well. The workers knew what they were doing and were very efficient. The attention to detail was exceptional. In order for the pavers to be level, they built up the curb to match the height of the sidewalk. I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors.
