Description of Work: Redid a patio, stone steps and stone wall. There was one mishap because he hired some day laborers to help and they made a mistake. However, he was extremely responsive, did what he could to correct the problem, and then did not charge me for the job. What he did was excellent work and he was extremely honest. I would definitely use him again. I liked his honesty, reliability and quality of work.

Description of Work: Rushed the tasks, forgot the ladder & had to go back & get it. The person didn't know what the job description was even after I sent the requested photos to Juliano identifying the areas to work on. The real shock was having to pay an additional $40 cause they had to use a small amount of material to patch the areas. The person said all customers were required to pay $40 flat fee for whatever amount of material used aka mortar /cement. I felt that was outrageous

Description of Work: "Dr. Paver's replaced a crumbling basement retaining wall and cosmetically fixed the adjoining stairs. The job took two day's and was done by two workers. | |The wall itself was neatly done and the result is professional. The stairs, not part of the original work order, were not as well done. | |The grade for punctuality and professionalism was lower because the work was interrupted after the first day. They did call and explain the delay. Also, one of the two workers appeared to be an apprentice. He was quite young, but worked continuously and spoke little or no English. My concern was that he was left to work alone for many hours at a time. He appeared to be practically abandoned. I did not expect this and it lowered my confidence. This should have been discussed with me at the start of the job. | |"

Description of Work: "these folks sent a guy to evaluate the project i wanted done, and then showed up when they said they wd to complete the work. |they did a very nice job, were responsive to suggestions for adjustments, and were helpful abt tkg bk extra material and giving me credit for it. i wd definitely use them again if i needed more walks laid."

Description of Work: Put down flagstone walk and repaired flagstone walk

Description of Work: Easy communication. Ended up not doing the work due to the scope of work is much bigger than I had anticipated.

Description of Work: COMPANY ONLY WANTED TO REPLACE STONES ON MY STEPS WITHOUT REPLACING AN ALREADY EXISTING WROUGHT IRON RAILINGS. HE TOLD MY WIFE AND ME THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO DO THE JOB NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE EXISTING HANDRAILS. ALSO THE COMPANY NEVER SENT US AN ACTUAL PROPOSAL FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, BUT VERBALLY TOLD US EVERYTHING WOULD BE ON A TIME AND MATERIAL BASIS. THIS WOULD BE A VERY EXPENSIVE PROPOSITION FOR MASONS THAT DO THIS FRONT STEP WORK ON AN ON-GOING BASIS. IF THE HANDRAILS WERE NOT INSTALLED, AND IF ANYONE FELL, WE WOULD OPEN OURSELVES UP TO A LIABILITY SITUATION. WE DON'T NEED THIS. DO THE JOB PROPERLY OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

Description of Work: Juliano and Roberto are very professional and reliable. They did a wonderful job ! I'm very happy with the work performed and would highly recommend them to any one.
