His diagnosis and explanation of what was needed was excellent. The issue came to the bill when he tried to get me to pay for the service call PLUS the cost of the job when the women who booked the appointment told me that the service charge would be credited to the cost of the job if I went forward with the job and there would only be a separate service charge if I decided not to move forward with the repair.

I cannot rave about this company enough. I called them about my fridge and washed both acting up. The gentleman that answered took time to listen to my problem and promised to send his son right away once he was finished with the job he was on. He son came a short time later and carefully looked at both my appliances, took time to explain exactly what was wrong, and saved me a lot of money by correctly finding the problem.
