John did a fantastic job repairing the front porch steps of our two-flat. He was the first to respond, the first to come out to walk me through the work to be done and I had a written estimate within hours. When I followed up to book the repair - he was here within two days. He is honest, very experienced and provided a very fair price. Also provided a top coat/seal and cleaned - looks like new! I highly recommend.
