COLONEL EXTERMINATING SERVICE

The service was not what I expected at all. I called them because there were squirrels in my attic. I could hear the squirrels in the walls. They put in 2 traps in the attic and asked me to check them daily which I did. Nothing ever got trapped. I called them back. So he came and put something attractive into the traps. Again, I kept checking but nothing ever happened. I could still hear the squirrels. I never heard from him again. He did an inspection on the outside of my house and claimed that he could not find where the squirrels were getting in. I found it. It was pretty obvious. It was a pretty big hole. We plugged it up and finally got rid of the squirrels. It has been months now since they left the traps here but they have not called back. I was not impressed. He seemed like a nice man but, basically, the job did not get done. I did not pay them anything. I will not use them in the future.

They did a good job. I would recommend them. He was perfectly friendly and it was good experience.

He walked in and walked out in five minutes. He let me know we have mice, which we already knew, but offered no solutions. He didn't allow me to find out if his products were baby or pet safe. I hired another exterminating company that came and solved my problem. I would absolutely not hire him again.

It went extrmely well. The company dealt well with the different buildings owners. We were always consulted before a schedule was set and they were always on time. One of the owners was especially difficult, in fact, would only participate if we paid for his building. So the rest of us split the cost between us. I mention this because the company was dealing with a group of owners and I thought handled the situation extremely well. So, although I still see squirels running along in our area, they are no longer in our roofrtops. The captured squirels were dealt with humanely and not killed. All in all, this conpany was GREAT!!!

I thought they were very nice. They seemed thorough. I was very satisfied. Two people came out and they were very good. I signed a 1 year contract with them and the pricing was pretty reasonable.

I called them and they were here in fifteen minutes flat. They had the squirrel out in ten minutes. They did a fabulous job and they were very reasonable. Everyone else I called wanted $200 to $300. They were just great and I have recommended them to a lot of people.
