 + 2 moreprice was decent, most of the quality was good (except the tile work which was bad) but some days nothing got done, the project took twice as long as promised and the last 20% of the work never got done. he bailed on the job and never finished it. and now we have found that he didn't pay some of the sub contractors so we are having to pay the electrician ourselves to get them to come finish the job. he even left his tools, ladders, and other supplies in our apartment. very unreliable, which was a shame because he seemed like a nice guy but got into some financial trouble. and left us in a major lurch.
