+ -1 moreAgreed on a price for a single cut, was extremely satisfied with the clean, even cut (plus the refreshing view of my sidewalk no longer having stuff growing out of all the cracks) and will be calling again in the spring to setup a more permanent scheduled cut.

I hired him and he came as promised to do the job of cleanup of all the leaves the other gardener I had for the season just abandoned me the entire month of Novemeber and leaves were terrible mess here. I am quite pleased with the job and hired him for weekly maintenance come March 2013.
Description of Work: Armondo did a com[plete yard cleanup after my former gardener left huge mess and abandoned me. He came to give estimate as promised and showed up for work as scheduled. I was quite pleased with the job and hired him for weekly maintenance come Spring.Little problem was he left my garbage can way in the back yard,along with my rake !! Not really an issue but that is it . Cleanup was good.

I ended up not using him as I got a nephew to agree to perform the task for less than 1/3 of what professional landscape gardeners charge in this area.

+ -1 moreVery well. Armando has been punctual in each instance I have used him (I have done so twice) and he works steady and hard to get the job done. I've got about .23 acres and it's got a lot of trees, and so getting the leaves out of there is quite the job. He did it efficiently and really made the yard look terrific.

We decided to go with another landscaper, however, I was impressed by Armando's professionalism and knowledge of all the plants. Two thumbs up.
Description of Work: Estimate included removing some shrubs, trimming all shrubs and lawn, cleaning the gutters and leaves.

+ -1 moreIt went better than expected. Armando and his assistant worked from about 8am-5pm taking a break for lunch. I came outdoors a few times and he asked for my feedback on certain things to make sure they were satisfactory. We will be using Armando for additional work over the summer.
Description of Work: Armando and his assistant performed the ultimate spring clean up. Our yard was extremely over grown and out of control. Armando came in to provide an estimate one day after we spoke. After comparing prices and services, my husband and I decided that Armando was by far the best value. One company wanted to charge $1700 for the exact same work not including disposal of all of the weeds and limbs. When asked when Armando could perform the work he said he was booked for the next week and a half but would call me if anyone canceled. Three days later I rec'd a call from Armando that he had an opening for the upcoming Saturday. He arrived on time and did a job far better than we expected. Our property is on a slope and we have had challenges having people in the past to perform an adequate clean up in the sloped areas.

+ -1 moreI have finally found a group of men in the area that really know their way around lawns. These men come out and clean up my property like no tomorrow. They are very efficient, do an excellent job of keeping the lawn looking pristine, and they even included the spring and fall cleanups in the price I pay per month. I wouldn't use another lawn man and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They come with a four man crew and cut, edge, trim, blow, and discard the waste on my 50 by 100 foot lawn. They do this once a week as part of a monthly service contract.
